As the owner of two houses in Warwick I suppose I qualify as an interested party although I live in Malaga and own a home in Segovia. The writer is A. Correct as to his comments about Spain and B. his concerns about the quality of the service in Cranston and Rhode Island in general. I-95 is great, and I love the center-lines in Pawtuxet Village, but the rest of the infrastructure is crumbling. Come on guys, Rhode Island is historic. Don't let it go the way of Detroit.
