The Rhode Island Dream Center held their Run 4 Hope 5K on Saturday, May 19. This event raised funds for the Rhode Island Dream Center's numerous programs.

The Run 4 Hope 5K run/walk started at the Cranston West High School gymnasium and finished at the school’s track. The rain held off as the participants ran around the surrounding neighborhood.

Thirty-two participants ran or walked the course, including one man, David Goretoy, dressed as a dinosaur. Everyone received an inaugural finisher's medal. Visit www.ridreamcenter.com for more information.

The Rhode Island Dream Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Their mission is to provide hope to the impoverished with food, clothing & education, which allows us to transform the community of Rhode Island by serving, restoring and blessing the lives of those in need.
