PETITION TO FORECLOSE
RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
Case No. PM-2015-2007
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to Armington Associates, LLC, its unknown and/or unascertained members; Rita Marcotte; Diane Quinn; DPR Realty, aka DPR Realty, LLC, its unknown and/or unascertained members; L Group, LLC; East Coast Land Trust, its unknown and/or unascertained trustees and beneficiaries; City of Cranston Minimum Housing Division, their heirs at law, devisees, successors and/or assigns, and all other persons known or unknown or unascertained claiming or who may claim any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate involved which is or might become adverse to the Petitioner’s right, title or interest as alleged, or which does or may constitute any cloud upon Petitioner’s title as set forth in the Petition;
Whereas, a Petition has been presented to the Superior Court by West End Development Corporation of the City of East Providence in the County of Providence and the State of Rhode Island to foreclose all rights of redemption from the lien proceedings described in the Petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situated in the County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described in the Petition as follows:

If you desire to make any objection or defense to the Petition, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of the Petition, in the office of the Superior Court, in Providence County on or before the 1st day of July, 2015 next, that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted.
Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the Petition will be taken as confessed, and you will be forever barred from contesting the Petition or any Decree entered thereon. In addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing Citation be published once each week for three (3) successive weeks in the Cranston Herald, a newspaper published in Providence County on May 28, 2015, June 4, 2015, and June 11, 2015.
