DOMESTIC ASSAULT

On January 17 at about 12:44 a.m., Officers Maione and Trinh arrested Christopher Hazard, 33, of 25 Maplewood Avenue in Cranston, for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault as a result of a call for service at 25 Maple Street. The suspect was processed and awaits arraignment.  

After a call for service on January 15 at 8:15 p.m., Officer Tavares arrested Victor Perez, 32, of 64 Hillwood Street Apt. # 1, for domestic felony assault. Perez was held for arraignment pending the arrival of a justice of the peace.

WEAPONS

Officer Travers arrested Justin Doyle, 40, of 158 Pleasant Street in Cranston, on January 15 at 3:36 p.m. for weapons other than firearms and a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest is the result of a call for on Pleasant Street. Doyle was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and sent to the ACI.

ACCIDENT

John Alden, 22, of 322 Lowell Avenue in Providence, was arrested on January 15 at 8:15 p.m. by Officer Clifford for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in personal injury. Alden’s arrest is the result of a call at Terrace Avenue and Hillwood Street. Alden awaited arraignment pending the arrival of a justice of the peace. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On January 13 at 7:03 p.m., Officers Langlais and Long arrested Donna Bass, 47, of 208 Old Mountain Trail in Richmond, for driving under the influence, second offense (BAC unknown) and refusal to submit to a chemical test, second offense. Her arrest is the result of a call for a police call at Oaklawn and Mayfield Avenues. Following the arrest, Bass was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Officer Casaceli arrested Jayrelle Palmer, 22, of 125 Camden Avenue inProvidence, on January 12 at 12:33 p.m., for simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance in the parking lot of police headquarters. Palmer was held for arraignment.

On January 12 at 12:33 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Richard Collins, 23, of 130 Waverly St. #3, in Providence, for disorderly conduct after a disturbance in the parking lot of police headquarters, and was held for arraignment. 

On January 11 just after midnight, Officers Murray and Trinh arrested Travis Evans, 28, of 75 Independence Way, Apt. 40305, for violation of a domestic no contact order and domestic disorderly conduct for a disturbance at the address. He was then held for arraignment.
