Six girls from Cranston are members of the Black Watch Premier – RI Soccer Club, which won the RI Youth State Cup U14-Girls division.
The team is comprised of girls from both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and it will go on to represent RI in the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships in Lancaster, Penn. from June 28th-July 3rd. There are a total of 16 teams from the Northeast competing, including state champions from the New England states, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
