The Artists’ Exchange held its ninth annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival on Sunday, Sept. 18, in the lots surrounding Artists’ Exchange and Citizens Bank on Rolfe Square. The festival featured live music and theater, artisans, food, and more. Admission was free for children age three and under with a regular admission of $1 to benefit Artists’ Exchange’s programs. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in a variety of hands-on crafts and art contests, and the festivities includes a bounce house, pumpkin painting, balloon animals, vendors, dancers, and a beer garden. More than 100 volunteers made the event possible. There was a steady crowd throughout the day. (Herald photos by Steve Popiel)
