Cardillo, a lifelong Rhode Islander, makes at least three appearances a week to Gabriel's to bring a meal home to his uncle and to indulge his own appetite on the delicious food here. His personal favorite is the classic Chicken Parmigiano which he describes as "perfect" - the lightly battered, delicately seasoned chicken cutlet is just the right thickness and is served with just the right amount of sauce, and lots of melted cheese. The Ferri family extends an invitation to your family to visit Gabriel's for a special Easter Sunday meal on Sunday, April 20th. With sittings at 1:00pm and 4:00pm, space is already filling up, so make your reservation today. Along with selections from the main menu, the holiday menu will feature such crowd pleasers as honey-glazed baked ham, baked stuffed shrimp, stuffed veal bracciola and stuffed pork tenderloin. All entrees are served with the usual soup or salad, pasta or potato and vegetable.
