(For series fans)

Young lovers Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) are back in the latest of “The Divergent Series,” working overtime to save the world from the notorious Jeanine (Kate Winslet).

The young adult allegory is all about factions, as those who are different, the Divergents, fight against the status quo, trying to attract other factions to help them.

We first find them escaping to Amity, where the motto is “Go With Happiness,” which means leave us alone to live quietly in peace.

Tris’ nightmares take us back to three previous film, where she deals with constant guilt for the death of her family, which increases her desire for revenge.

Alliances are formed, attempts to penetrate Joanna’s fortress are made and endless chases climax with the capture of Tris and attempts to have her open a mysterious box that apparently holds “the truth that will set them free.”

There are some spectacular special effects as Tris travels through time and space seeking the truth.

Miles Teller has an interesting supporting role as a Divergent defector, while Ansel Elgort plays Tris’ wimpy brother. During some of the lengthy battle scenes, it is difficult to tell who is who.

The movie ends without a resolution, but with a chance that there is “hope beyond the wall,” making the allegory something that we all can relate to.

Rated PG-13, with lots of violence.
