Presented by Lenora Billings-Harris, CSP

This highly interactive, non-judgmental and fun program provides an opportunity for project managers, team leaders, HR professionals and others to discover their own level of knowledge and understanding of people different from themselves, and then apply the principles of in-clusion to build strong action focused teams. By exploring the biases of our society's "isms", such as racism, sexism, ableism, and ageism, as well as homophobia and other prejudices that unconsciously im-pede productivity in the workplace, participants will leave this session equipped with the skills to turn barriers into bridges and focus on per-formance when they return to their organization.

This session is based on the principles discussed in Lenora’s latest book, The Diversity Advantage: A Guide to Making Diversity Work 3rd Edition. All attendees will receive a signed copy! We'll be giving away one free seat to someone paying out of pocket for the workshop!
