A wonderful (and free) holiday spectacle

Praise Tabernacle’s famous Christmas musical, “The Christmas to Remember,” was a complete sellout each evening this past weekend with thousands coming out to see the show. This free show included live animals, surprises for the kids, Santa, music, dance, comedy, concession stands and sounds of the season. On Saturday they held a special sensory friendly matinee show for this audience, equipped with a calming room if needed. In total, they held five performances for the community. Praise Tabernacle Church has been performing Christmas Musicals for more than 30 years. (Story by Meri R. Kennedy/Herald photos by Steve Popiel)
