Cranston Public Library Children’s Room Renovation – awarded vendor – Chirico Construction Company – awarded bid price of $406,486.00. Change Order # 1 – This contract sum will be decreased in the amount of $39,932.00. The new contract sum including this Change Order #1 will be $366,554.00.
