The following applications will be heard by The City of Cranston Building Board of Appeals on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Galley Conference Room at The Building Inspections Department, 1090 Cranston Street, Cranston, RI 02920.
Comprehensive Community Action Plan, Inc. has filed an application seeking relief from the SBC-1-2013 requirements for the requirement for drinking fountains in accordance with SBC-1-2013, Section 2902.1, and SBC-3-2013, section 410 for a change in occupancy to an educational use.
GARDAN (OWN) AND NOBLE METAL SERVICES (APP) have filed an application seeking relief from the requirements for accessibility in a kitchen break room in accordance with SBC-1-2019, Section 1101.2 and ANSI/ ICC 2009, Chapter 8, Section 804.
