TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to: ESTATE OF VIRGINIA GIACOMINI, Her Heirs-at-law; David Giacomini, Diane Giacomini, Michael Giacomini, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Whereas, a petition has been presented to said Court by JAK PROPERTIES, LLC of 48 East Manning Street, Providence, in the County of Providence and said State, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceedings described in said amended petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the County of Providence and in said State, bounded and described in said petition as follows:

Those two (2) certain lots or parcels of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the northerly side of Pavilion Avenue, in the City of Cranston, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, laid out and delineated as Lot Nos. 131 (one hundred thirty-one) and 132 (one hundred thirty-two) on that plat entitled, “POTTER HOMESTEAD PLAT CRANSTON, R.I. BELONGING TO THE PROVIDENCE REAL ESTATE IMPROVEMENT COMPANY BY FRANK E. WATERMAN DECEMBER 1915”, which plat is recorded with the Records of Land Evidence in said City of Cranston in Plat Book 8 at page 49 and (copy) on Plat Card 221. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record.

If you desire to make any objection or response to said petition you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said petition, in the office of the Superior Court in Providence on or before OCTOBER 11, 2018 , that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the petition should not be granted.

Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said petition will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said petition or any decree entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once each week for three successive weeks in the Cranston Herald a newspaper published in said City of Cranston and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island on September 6th, September 13th, and September 20th, 2018
