DISORDERLY

On April 30 at 1:16 p.m., Officer McIntyre arrested Esther Pacheco, 25, of 22 Depot Ave. in Cranston, for domestic disorderly conduct. Her arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address, and she was held for arraignment by a justice of the peace.

Officers Mastrati arrested Juana Perez, 27, of 119 Ohio Ave. in Providence on April 30 at about 5:59 a.m., for disorderly conduct as the result of a call for service at 435 Dyer Ave. She was held for arraignment.

David Cerra of 2113 Cranston St. in Cranston was arrested on April 30 at about 4:33 a.m. by Officer Smith for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest as a result of a call for service at the address. Cerra was held for arraignment.

NOISE

As a result of a call for service at 44 Calaman Road on April 30 at about 2:46 a.m., Officers McCoy and Officer Hardy arrested Pedro Pena, 58, of 44 the same address for a violation of noise ordinance, obstruction and disorderly conduct. The officers also arrested Luz Delossantos, 54, of the above address, for the same charges, as well as Wyomy Pena, 19, for disorderly conduct. They were held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

On April 29 at about 11:51 p.m., Officers Medeiros arrested David Hall, 45, of 3 Howland Ave. in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, for possession of a schedule I-V drug as the result of a call for service on New London Avenue at Oaklawn Avenue. He was held for arraignment.

Officers Corvese and Dempsey arrested John Feyerabend, 53, of 940 Park Ave., second floor in Cranston, on April 29 at about 9:48 p.m. for possession of a schedule I-V drug as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue. He was then held for arraignment.

CHILD ABUSE

Jose Cruz, 36, of 80 Fairweather Ave. in Cranston, was arrested on April 29 at 7:05 a.m. by Officer Travers for second degree child abuse as a result of a Cranston Police Department warrant and Cruz turning himself in. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

WARRANT

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on April 29 at 11:05 a.m., Officer Travers arrested Octavio Taglirine, 34, of 652 Dyer Ave. in Cranston for a Family Court Bench Warrant and Family Court reciprocal body attachment. He was then transported to the ACI Intake.

Jameka Rich, 35, of 8 Fenner St., No. 6 in Cranston, was arrested on April 26 at 12:10 a.m. by Officer D. Dempsey for a Superior Court bench warrant following an attempted pick-up at the above address. She was transported to the ACI Women’s Intake.

RECKLESS DRIVING

Officer Travers arrested Jonathon Miranda, 20, of 29 Magdalene St. in Providence, for Reckless Driving, as a result of a motor vehicle stop. He was held awaiting arraignment by a justice of the peace.

FRAUD

At approximately 1:05 a.m. on April 29, Officer Laquale arrested Keudy Salcedo Rodriguez, 30, of 59 Central Ave., Passaic NJ, for identity fraud, giving a false document to a public official, and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. The arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Dyer Avenue and Pocasset Avenue. Rodriguez was held for arraignment by a justice of the peace.

FORGERY

On April 29 at approximately 1:05 a.m. Officer Mastrati arrested Richard Fabian Garcia, 31, of 387 Plainfield St. in Providence for forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. He was held for Arraignment by a justice of the peace.

ASSAULT

On April 28, at 10:10 p.m., Officer Sullivan and Dagnese arrested Trevor Pierce, 19, of 150 Dellwood Road in Cranston,for felony assault, simple assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and disorderly conduct as a result of a call for a disturbance at Chelos on Reservoir Ave. He was held for arraignment by a justice of the peace.

NO CONTACT

At 9:59 p.m. on April 27, Officer Leonard arrested Joshua Dupret, 36, of 14 Gemini Drive in East Providence, for violating a no-contact order. The arrest is the result of a call for service at 128 Elsie Street, and he was held for arraignment as a probation violator.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On April 27 at 12:33 a.m., Officer Maione Jr., arrested Larry Smith, 34, of 60 Forest Ave. in Pawtucket for reckless driving and eluding, resisting legal or illegal arrest, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license following an attempted motor vehicle stop on Route 37 west and subsequent motor vehicle accident. He was held overnight awaiting arraignment at the Third District Court.

TRESPASSING

Officer Merry arrested Michael Barlow, 33, of 29 Frances Ave., No. 2 in Cranston for willful trespassing. His arrest is the result of a call for service at the Reservoir Avenue Cumberland Farms. He was held overnight for arraignment at Third District Court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

An accident investigation at the Taco Bell on 1102 Cranston St. on April 26 at 3:00 a.m., led to the arrest of Alexandra Foster, 29, of 357 Smithfield Ave., No. 3 in Pawtucket on April 26 around 11:18 p.m. for driving with suspended license third offense or greater. She was provided with a District Court release to appear.
