ASSAULT

Officer Veins arrested Chalice Koak, 30, of 131 Linwood Ave. in Providence on June 16 at 2:05 p.m., for two counts of domestic felony assault as the result of a disturbance on Whipple Avenue. He was held for arraignment.

Joshua Decamp, 35, of 61 Garden St. Apt. No. 2, in Cranston, was arrested on June 15 at 9:40 p.m. by Officer Dagnese for disorderly conduct, domestic simple assault, third offense and domestic strangulation following a call for service at 61 Garden St. Apt No. 2. He was held as a violator.

DISORDERLY

After a call for service at 2000 Chapel View Boulevard on June15 at 1:19 p.m., Officer Aldrich arrested Paul Koch, 65, of 80 Beachwood Drive, East Greenwich, RI, for disorderly conduct, he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

FALSE DOCUMENT

Officer Paccasassi arrested Rafael Delossantos, 31, of 44 Wilson St, No. 1 in Providence, on June 16 at 3:15 p.m., for illegal evidence of financial security and giving false documents to a public official, as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.He was arraigned and released.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On June 15 at 11:45 a.m., Officer Skodras arrested Michael Tennent, 29, of 217 Clarence St. in Cranston for reckless driving, second offense, as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Spring Street. He was held for arraignment.

Officers Neri and Babcock arrested Todd Askew, 38, of 28 Clay St. Apt. No. 7 in Central Falls on June 13 at 1:40 p.m. for reckless driving and driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license, third Offense. His arrest is the result of an attempted pick up at 149 Forest Ave. He was held for arraignment by a justice of the peace.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

John O’Donnell, 51, of 38 Tampa St. in Cranston, was arrested on June 16 at 2:22 p.m. by Officer Korkuc for driving with a suspended license as the result of a motor vehicle accident on Auburn St. He was issued a summons to appear.

Following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Reservoir Avenue and Norfolk Street on June 16 at 12:30 a.m., Officer Machado arrested Alexander Ruiz of 160 Jordan Ave for operating a motor vehicle with an expired/suspended license, third offense. He was issued a summons to appear.

SHOPLIFTING

At 4:01 p.m. on June 16, Officer Murray arrested Lisa Batista, 38, of 618 Laurel Hill Ave. in Cranston for shoplifting as the result of a shoplifting call at 204 Garfield Ave. She was arraigned and released.

On June 14 at 4:10 p.m. Officer Carroll and Sgt. Chapman arrested Kaylee Amber Pestana, 24, of 734 Douglas Ave. Apt. No. 2 in Providence for shoplifting as a result of a call for service at Stop & Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. She was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

Officer Skodras arrested Jesse Andrews, 36, of 485 Plainfield St. Apt No. 201 in Providence on June 13 at 11:52 p.m., for three counts of shoplifting. His arrest is the result of an attempt pick up at the aforementioned address, and he was transported to 3rd District Court.

WARRANTS

On June 18 around 3:30 p.m., Officer Travers arrested Robert O’Neill, 49, of 59 Lincoln Ave. Cranston, for a Superior Court bench warrant. His arrest is the result of a suspicious person contact on Cranston St, and he was turned over to the ACI. At 3:47 p.m. on June 14, Officer Dimbleby arrested Joseph Green, 32, of 595 Willett Ave. Apt. No. 17 in East Providence, for a Sixth District Court bench warrant and four Superior Court Bench Warrants, as a result of a call for service at Stop & Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. He was then transported to the ACI Intake.
