CONSPIRACY

Officer Medeiros arrested David Pasquale, 23, of 50 Seabury St. in Providence on June 21 at about 11:35 p.m. for shoplifting, conspiracy, weapons other than firearms prohibited and contributing to the delinquency of a minor as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Ave. He was held for arraignment.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

James Berube, 65, of 15 Balkcom St. in Riverside was arrested by Officer Sirois for simple assault and disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at 268 Auburn St. on June 21 around 4 p.m. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

On June 20 at 12:54 p.m., Officers Russell and Machado arrested James Rydberg, 45, of 34 Whipple Ave. No. 5 for domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Rydbergs arrest was the result of a disturbance call at 2017 Broad St. Apt. No. 3. He was held for arraignment.

Officer Sirois arrested Amelia Cienfuegos, 40, of 114 Mapleton Ave. 3rd floor for domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a call for service at 133 Fordson Ave. No. 1 on June 20 at 3:45 a.m. She was then held for arraignment.

FRAUD

On June 20 at about 11:49 p.m., Officer Leclair arrested Christina Ait Assi, 31, of 94 Bain St. in Cranston on a CPD arrest warrant for fraudulent use of credit cards, receiving stolen goods, conspiracy and access to a computer for fraudulent purposes. She was held awaiting arraignment.

Walik Morrison, 36, also of 94 Bain St. in Cranston, was also arrested on a CPD arrest warrant for fraudulent use of credit cards, receiving stolen goods, conspiracy and access to a computer for fraudulent purposes. He, too, was held awaiting arraignment.

Officer O’Leary arrested Christine Whitehead, 40, of 19 Lottie Dr. in East Providence, on June 19 at 1:44 p.m. hours for fraudulent use of a credit card. Her arrest is the result of a Cranston Police warrant from a previous incident. She was held for arraignment pending arrival of a justice of the peace.

OBSTRUCTION

Following a call for service at 305 Phenix Ave. on June 20 at 5:42 p.m., Officer Cragin arrested Wayne Everett, 46, of 2030 Kingstown Rd. in South Kingstown for obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. He was held as a violator.

SHOPLIFTING

At 3:05 p.m. on June 21, Officer Manzotti arrested Jennifer Gardiner, 32, of 275 Phenix Ave in Cranston for shoplifting as a result of a larceny complaint at Stop and Shop at 200 Atwood Ave. She was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

On June 20 at 5:15 p.m., Officer Travers arrested Kyle Crehan, 27, of 200 Wakefield St, West Warwick, for shoplifting as a result of a call for service at the 296 Garfield Avenue Kmart. He was held as a violator.

Officer Lavey arrested Santiago Pena, 38, of no particular address, on June 19 at 11:36 hours for shoplifting. His arrest is the result of a call for service at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Ave. He was later transported to the Third District Court.

WARRANTS

On June 21 at about 11:50 p.m., Officer Travers arrested Terrell Judd, 26, of 79 Rutherglen Ave. in Providence for three District Court bench warrants as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Webster Ave. He was transported to the ACI.

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on June 20 at 3:44 p.m., Officer Travers arrested Scott Howard, 27, of 127 Pleasant St. in Cranston for a Sixth District Court bench warrant. He was later transported to the ACI Intake.

At 12:29 a.m. on June 20, Officer Bellevue arrested Samath Kang Me, 34, for a Sixth District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of an officer initiated suspicious person call in the area of Broad St and Armington St. Me was transported to ACI Intake.

On June 18 at 3:33 hours Officer Travers arrested Robert O’Neill, 49, of 59 Lincoln Avenue in Cranston for a Superior Court Bench Warrant. His arrest is the result of a suspicious person call on Cranston St. O’Neill was then turned over to the ACI.
