DRUG CHARGES

On Jan. 15 at 3:52 p.m., police arrested Ronald W. Allen II, 39, 52 Gillooly Drive, Warwick, on one count of manufacturing/possession/delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances. Police say Allen was arrested on Princess Avenue as a result of a narcotics distribution investigation.

DUI

On Jan. 18 at 1:06 a.m., police arrested Esteban Montufar, 33, 244 Webster Ave., Providence, on charges of driving under the influence, first offense, and driving with a suspended license. Police say Montufar was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 south near Reservoir Avenue.

On Jan. 18 at 11:13 p.m., police arrested Andre W. Taylor, 39, 105 Maplewood Ave., Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Taylor was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

DISORDERLY

On Jan. 17 at 9:52 a.m., police arrested Liam Rosen, 19, 515 Natick Ave., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct. On Jan. 18 at 12:10 a.m., police arrested Ashley Kazana, 27, 18 America St., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

On Jan. 15 at 10:27 p.m., police arrested Jennifer L. Zaki, 47, 12 Tallman Ave., Cranston, on charges of obstructing an officer in execution of duty and resisting arrested. Police say Zaki was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance call on Tallman Avenue.

FALSE DOCUMENTS

On Jan. 16 at 9:27 a.m., police arrested Michael Taylor, 33, 87 Garfield Ave., Providence, on charges of forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates and providing a false document to a public official. Police say Taylor was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 101 New London Ave.

On Jan. 16 at 1:21 p.m., police arrested Etanislao Betances, 46, 106 Scituate Ave., Cranston, on charges of forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates, providing a false document to an agent/public official and possessing illegal evidence of financial security. Police say Betances was arrested after a motor vehicle stop. SHOPLIFTING

On Jan. 16 at 11:39 a.m., police arrested Sharyn L. Overstreet, 36, 191 Pheasant Drive, Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Overstreet was arrested after officers responded to call from loss prevention at Bob’s Store, 1400 Oaklawn Ave.

On Jan. 17 at 10:17 a.m., police arrested Robert Sacco, 49, 1136 Atwood Ave., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Sacco was arrested after officers responded to a call from loss prevention at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike.

On Jan. 19 at 11:36 a.m., police arrested Andrew Carter Fernando, 31, 30 Prospect St., North Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Fernando was arrested after officers responded to a call for service at 244 Garfield Ave.

On Jan. 19 at 8:50 p.m., police arrested Jose Lamoso-Godoy, 38, 149 Lenox Ave., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Lamoso-Godoy was arrested after officers responded to a larceny complaint at Stop & Shop, 204 Garfield Ave.

LARCENY

On Jan. 10 at 4 p.m., police arrested Carmine Giarrusso III, 56, 26 Gentian Ave., Providence, on two counts of larceny under $1,500. Police say Giarrusso was arrested following an investigation.

WARRANT

On Jan. 15 at 10:25 a.m., police took Nathan E. Peloquin, 41, 52 Division St., Mapleville, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Peloquin was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Jan. 15 at 12:47 p.m., police took Emanuel Rodriguez, 25, 48 Miller St., Apt. 3, Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from North Providence Police. Police say Rodriguez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Norwood Avenue.

On Jan. 15 at 10:27 p.m., police took Leroy E. Waters, 47, 12 Tallman Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Waters was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance call on Tallman Avenue.

On Jan. 16 at 9:27 a.m., police took Yakira Espinal, 24, 302 Ohio Ave., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Espinal was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 101 New London Ave.

On Jan. 17 at 8:50 a.m., police took Judson Laurent, 25, 114 Oxford St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Pawtucket Police. Police say Laurent was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

On Jan. 17 at 12:52 p.m., police took Mark A. Cruz, 33, 481 Potters Ave., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Cruz was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

On Jan. 18 at 7 p.m., police took Monica Antuna, 30, 71 Argyle St., Apt. 1, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Antuna was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Jan. 19 at 11:36 a.m., police took Kirby Yankee, 34, 4 River St., Cumberland, on bench warrants issued from Superior Court, Third Division District Court and Sixth Division District Court. Police say Yankee was arrested after officers responded to a call for service at 244 Garfield Ave.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Jan. 15 at 7:38 p.m., police arrested Nicole Parillo, 40, 23 Mathewson St., Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Parillo was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Mathewson Street.

On Jan. 19 at 1:30 a.m., police arrested Jason M. Fernandes, 32, 302 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, on charges of possession of marijuana, one ounce or less, and driving without a license, third offense. Police say Fernandes was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Sprague Avenue.
