DOMESTIC CHARGES

On March 5 at approximately 5:42 p.m., police arrested Dominik Carmona, 26, 177 Elwyn St., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Police say Carmona was again arrested later that day, at approximately 8:50 p.m., on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

On March 7 at 6:57 p.m., police arrested Matteo Olivastro, 38, 219 Grand Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 10 at 1:15 a.m., police arrested Sabrina Ritter, 21, 158 Pleasant St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

DRUG CHARGES

On March 8 at 11:30 a.m., police arrested Ellison L. Meagher, 32, 86 Macklin St., Cranston, on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver and maintaining a common nuisance/controlled substances. Police say Meagher was arrested after police executed a search warrant at the Macklin Street address.

CHILD NEGLECT

On March 7 at 2:20 p.m., police arrested Ramon Harris, 34, 41 Transit St., Cranston, on charges of child neglect, simple assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Police say Harris was arrested at his residence as a result of an ongoing investigation.

On March 7 at 2:20 p.m., police arrested Cearra Olink, 20, 41 Transit St., Cranston, on two counts of child neglect. Police say Olink was arrested at her residence as a result of an ongoing investigation.

On March 7 at 2:20 p.m., police arrested Danielle Wilcox, 39, 41 Transit St., Cranston, on charges of child neglect, simple assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Police say Wilcox was arrested at her residence as a result of an ongoing investigation.

DUI

On March 7 at 1:29 a.m., police arrested Jays Hernandez Pagan, 25, 650 Admiral St., Apt. B3, Providence, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Pagan was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Rugby Street.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 7 at 1:45 p.m., police arrested John Heggs, 41, 463 Pine St., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Heggs was arrested after officers responded to a report of shoplifting at the CVS location on Broad Street.

On March 10 at 3:13 a.m., police arrested Amanda Lachapelle, 30, of 29 Starr St., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Lachapelle was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Lachapelle was transferred from the custody of Smithfield Police.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 6 at approximately 8:57 p.m., police arrested Stanley Waleryszak, 56, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Waleryszak was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance at the Cumberland Farms location on Reservoir Avenue.

On March 7 at 7:32 p.m., police arrested Natu Roberts, 22, 60 Wealth Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Roberts was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Garfield Avenue.

TRESPASSING

On March 5 at 12:35 p.m., police arrested James R. Smith, 38, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of trespassing. Police say Smith was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Birch Street.

On March 6 at 10:23 a.m., police arrested Peter Dambruoso, 54, 237 Harding Rd., Warwick, on a charge of willful trespassing. Police say Dambruoso was arrested on Oaklawn Avenue.

FORGERY

On March 6 at 1 p.m., police arrested Joseline Dagraca, 24, 55 Belair St., Brockton, Massachusetts, on a charge of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Dagraca was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

DRIVING CHARGES

On March 5 at 10:10 a.m., police arrested Richard Velez Jr., 25, 6 Sumner Ave., Apt. A, Cranston, on a charge of receiving stolen goods and driving on a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Velez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Laurel Hill Avenue.

On March 5 at approximately 4:15 p.m., police arrested Jonathan Rosao, 28, 86 Newark St., second floor, Providence, on a charge of driving without/expired license, third or subsequent offense. Rosao was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Rosao was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On March 5 at approximately 5:13 p.m., police arrested Richard Clark, 58, 211 Garden City Drive, Cranston, on a charge of duty to stop, accident resulting. Police say Clark was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Pontiac and Euston avenues.

On March 6 at 11:40 a.m., police arrested Luis Burgos, 45, 8 Sumner Ave., Cranston, on a charge of driving without/expired license, third or subsequent offense. Burgos was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Burgos was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Gansett Avenue.

On March 6 at approximately 2:12 p.m., police arrested Conner Lee, 22, 63 Bellevue Ave., Warwick, on a charge of driving after denial/suspension/revocation of license, third or subsequent offense. Lee was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Lee was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Norwood Avenue.

WARRANT

On March 5 at 12:22 a.m., police took William Sullivan, 42, 1 Sack Street, North Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Sullivan was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at the Mobil station on Elwood Avenue.

On March 5 at 8:30 a.m., police took Richard Rivera, 21, 118 Pond St., Apt. 2, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Rivera was arrested on Pond Street.

On March 5 at 12:44 p.m., police took Keith Burns, 32, 215 Providence St., West Warwick, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Burns was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike.

On March 7 at 11:20 a.m., police took Antonio Bryant, 51, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Bryant was arrested after responding to the department’s headquarters for a residence registration.

On March 8 at 4:53 p.m., police took Kyle Lavallee, 24, 99 Hollow Tree Drive, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Lavallee was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On March 8 at 10:17 p.m., police arrested Gary Johnson, 57, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Johnson was arrested on Howard Avenue.
