MURDER

On March 13 at 11:09 a.m., police arrested Michael T. Marrapese, 40, 245 Bay View Ave., Cranston, on a charge of domestic murder.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On March 14 at 1:55 a.m., police arrested Jeffry Sanchez, 27, 432 Union Ave. Apt. 3, Cranston, on charges of possession of crack cocaine, simple assault, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest. Police say Sanchez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On March 11 at 4:07 a.m., police arrested Robert Darcy, 41, 1261 Cranston St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license, third or subsequent offense.

On March 11 at approximately 5:39 p.m., police arrested Jose Gonzalez, 23, 1283 Cranston St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 11 at approximately 9:55 p.m., police arrested Michael Jones, 28, 25 Queen St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 13 at 6:08 p.m., police arrested Ijeoma Ezeugoh, 34, 74 Appleton St., Apt. 3, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 13 at 10:05 p.m., police arrested Evan Kilner, 28, 41 Henrietta St., Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault and violation of a no contact order.

On March 14 at 9:47 a.m., police arrested Skyla Gilroy, 18, 18 Alhambra Circle, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 16 at 10:43 a.m., police arrested Steven McCaffrey, 43, 383 Samuel Gorton Ave., Warwick, on two counts of domestic electronic tracking of motor vehicles.

On March 17 at 12:24 a.m., police arrested Jianxin Wu, 36, 221 Read St., Attleboro, Massachusetts, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

On March 17 at 12:57 p.m., police arrested William Decelles, 33, 24 Link St., North Providence, on a charge of domestic breaking and entering.

On March 17 at 11:18 p.m., police arrested Joseph Ray, 40, 56 Log Road, Smithfield, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

DRUG CHARGES

On March 10 at 11:36 p.m., police arrested Roxanne Filkins, 41, no address listed, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Filkins was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

On March 12 at 6:36 p.m., police arrested Frank Marrapese III, 41, 332 Bay View Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Marrapese was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

On March 14 at 5:09 p.m., police arrested Derrick Watson, 34, 69 Detroit Ave., Providence, on charges of manufacturing/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Watson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

DUI

On March 13 at 1:08 p.m., police arrested Richard McNeil, 59, of 5 Kathleen Ct., West Warwick, on a charge of driving under the influence. Information regarding the location of the arrest was unavailable.

DISORDERLY

On March 10 at approximately 9:13 p.m., police arrested Damian Celeberto, 38, 6 Hampshire Road, Cranston, on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police say Celeberto was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance in the area of Park Avenue and Route 10.

On March 13 at 8:43 a.m., police arrested Danya Mclaughlin, 23, 200 Tillinghast Road, Greene, on charges of simple assault and disorderly. Police say Mclaughlin turned herself in at the department’s headquarters.

On March 13 at 4:55 p.m., police arrested Steven Andrew Marrapese, 39, 622 Elmwood Ave., Providence, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Marrapese was arrested after a disturbance at the department’s headquarters on Garfield Avenue.

On March 13 at 5:04 p.m., police arrested Lyndsay Jay Derrico, 29, 40 Arlington Ave., Cranston, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Derrico was arrested following a disturbance at the department’s headquarters on Garfield Avenue.

On March 16 at 12:36 p.m., police arrested Derrick King, 30, 25 Bain St., Cranston, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order, third offense. Police say King was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

On March 17 at 1:17 a.m., police arrested Arelis Toj, 31, 74 Beaufort St., Providence, on charges of disorderly conduct and simple assault/battery. Police say Toj was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

TRESPASSING

On March 12 at 5:25 p.m., police arrested Randy Watson, 29, 212 Orms St, Providence, on a charge of willful trespassing. Police say Watson was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance at the Cumberland Farms on Cranston St.

TAMPERING WITH VEHICLES

On March 12 at 11:50 a.m., police arrested Norman Smith, 53, 83 Ottawa Ave., Warwick, on a charge of injuring or tampering with vehicles. Police say Smith was arrested on Warwick Avenue. LARCENY

On March 10 at 11:51 a.m., police arrested David Spinney, 50, 43 Gaspee Point Drive, Warwick, on two counts of larceny from a motor vehicle, under $1,500. Police say Spinney was arrested at his residence with assistance from Warwick Police.

EMBEZZLEMENT

On March 16 at 12 a.m., police arrested Sacha Rodriguez, 31, 81 Yorkshire St., Apt. 1, Providence on a charge of embezzlement. Police say Rodriguez was transferred from the custody of Rhode Island State Police.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 10 at 12:25 p.m., police arrested Dana Jeffries, 48, 27 West Park Place, Woonsocket, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Jeffries was additionally taken into custody on a warrant issued from North Providence Police. Police say Jeffries was arrested after a service call from Job Lot on Elmwood Avenue.

On March 16 at 1:13 p.m., police arrested Lori Capuano, 58, 204 Greenville Ave., Johnston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Capuano was arrested after officers responded to a service call from Stop & Shop on Atwood Avenue.

DRIVING CHARGES

On March 10 at 8:20 a.m., police arrested Jose Urena, 51, 53 Burbank St., Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Urena was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

On March 13 at 9:02 a.m., police arrested Raymond King, 47, 149 Grosvenor Ave., East Providence, on a charge of driving after denial/suspension/revocation of license, third or subsequent offense. Information regarding the location of the arrest was unavailable.

On March 17 at 1:17 a.m., police arrested Esteban Montufar, 33, 244 Webster Ave., Providence, on a charge of driving after denial/suspension/revocation of license for certain offenses. Police say Montufar was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On March 10 at 1:52 p.m., police arrested Michael Salisbury, 34, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Salisbury was transferred from the custody of Providence Police.

On March 12 at 9:15 p.m., police arrested Danis Pelaez, 42, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Pelaez was arrested on Howard Avenue.

On March 13 at 11:41 a.m., police arrested James Giles, 36, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Giles turned himself in at the department’s headquarters.

WARRANT

On March 11 at 9:15 a.m., police took William Johnson, 38, 22 Pekin St., Providence, into custody on bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Johnson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On March 12 at 9:15 p.m., police took Robert King, 34, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say King was arrested on Howard Avenue.

On March 12 at 9:16 p.m., police took Rayner Encarnacion, 29, 14 Calla St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Encarnacion was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Atwood Avenue.

On March 13 at 12:34 a.m., police took Nathan Walker, 42, 37 Tudor St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Family Court. Police say Walker was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Avenue.

On March 13 at 9:19 p.m., police took Michael E. Alba Jr., 21, 101 Oaklawn Ave., Apt. 13, Cranston, into custody on bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Alba was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Freehold Avenue.

On March 15 on 7:40 a.m., police took Scott Brown, 44, 54 Kepler St., Apt. 3, Pawtucket, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Brown was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On March 15 at 11 a.m., police took Durell Parker, 33, 160 Broad St., Providence, into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court. Police say Parker was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On March 16 at 1:39 a.m., police took Richard Magnone, 45, 11 Youlden Ave., Cranston, into custody on a warrant issued from Woonsocket Police. Police say Magnone was arrested at his residence.

On March 16 at 1 p.m., police took Leon Taylor, 43, 290 Dudley St., Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Taylor was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

On March 18 at 1:15 a.m., police took Ana Rivera, 30, 25 Tobey St., Apt. 503, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Rivera was arrested after a traffic stop at Alto Street and Farmington Avenue.

On March 18 at 1:15 a.m., police took Esteras Bigas, 32, 20 Rockingham St., Apt. 20, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Family Court. Police say Bigas was arrested after a traffic stop at Alto Street and Farmington Avenue.
