DOMESTIC CHARGES

On March 31 at 3:45 a.m., police arrested Daniel P. Nistendirk Jr., 30, 90 Preston Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On April 2 at 6:26 p.m., police arrested Jordan Flowers, 22, 20 Delway Road, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

DUI

On March 31 at 12:32 a.m., police arrested Leslie M. Criado, 38, 11 Rutherglen Ave., Providence, on charges of driving under the influence and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. Police say Criado was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Avenue.

On April 1 at 11:33 p.m., police arrested Charlotte Anderson, 27, 68 Glenwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Anderson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Reservoir Avenue and Bridgeton Road.

FIREARMS CHARGES

On March 29 at 10:15 a.m., police arrested Jeremy Fernandez, 18, 212 Eldridge St., Cranston, on charges of license required to carry a firearm and possession of a firearm on school grounds. Police say Fernandez was arrested at the intersection of Pontiac Avenue and Legion Way.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On March 28, police arrested Robert Ciaramello, 32, 167 Borden Ave., Johnston, on a charge of reckless driving and two counts of conspiracy. Police say Ciaramello was arrested at Third Division District Court.

On March 29 at 7:25 p.m., police arrested Bryan Furey, 41, 365 Mendon Road, Apt. 2, Attleboro, Massachusetts, on charges of disorderly conduct and vandalism. Police say Furey was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Pontiac Avenue.

On March 31 at 10:45 a.m., police arrested Brandon Avila, 18, 508 West Ave., Pawtucket, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Avila was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance on Garfield Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On March 28 at 3:27 p.m., police arrested Hector Garcia, 22, 134 Alverson Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Garcia was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Plainfield Pike.

On March 30 at 4:39 p.m., police arrested Karen Martin, 57, 2074 Smith St., Apt. 614, North Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Martin was arrested after officers responded to a larceny complaint on Chapel View Boulevard.

RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS

On April 1 at 12:10 a.m., police arrested Lionel Medeiros, 48, 111 Radcliffe St., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Medeiros was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elwyn Street.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On April 3 at 6:08 p.m., police arrested Steven F. McCaffrey, 43, 383 Samuel Gorton Avenue, Warwick, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. Police say McCaffrey was arrested after police responded to a reported disturbance on Uxbridge Street.

DISORDERLY

On March 29 at 8:30 a.m., police arrested Paula Jean J. Peters, 35, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. C30, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Peters was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Dyer Avenue.

On March 29 at 8:30 a.m., police arrested Robert S. Trindade, 37, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. C30, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Trindade was arrested after officers responded to a service call on Dyer Avenue.

On April 4 at 2 a.m., police arrested Jarrett C. Bates, 19, of 115 Auburn St., Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Bates was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Belmont Road.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

On March 30 at 12:31 a.m., police took Eric Black, 21, 207 Ohio Ave., Providence, into custody as a fugitive from justice on a charge out of Norfolk, Massachusetts. Police say Black was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On April 4 at 9:16 a.m., police arrested John Wayne St. Germain, 55, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say St. Germain was transferred from the custody of Providence Police.

WARRANTLESS ARREST

On March 29 at 9:42 p.m., police took Brandon Dawkins, 36, 95 Carlton St., first floor, Providence, into custody on a 24-hour warrantless arrest based on charges from Providence Police. Police say Dawkins was arrested after officers attempted to locate a subject wanted on charges out of Providence.

WARRANT

On March 28 at 4:24 p.m., police took Kenneth Doucette, 42, 31 Star St., Apt. 10, Johnston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Doucette was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Park and Wellington avenues.

On March 30 at 5:29 p.m., police took Raymond Poston, 51, 925 Providence St., West Warwick, into custody on a warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Poston was arrested after officers responded to a trespassing complaint on Reservoir Avenue.

On March 30 at 9:25 p.m., police took Moises Trinidad-Elivo, 24, 191 Reynolds Ave., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Trinidad-Elivo was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On April 2, police took John J. Lineberger, 39, 713 Dyer Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued Superior Court. Police say Lineberger was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Trainer Street.

On April 3 at 1:22 a.m., police took Arney Hepburn, 34, 68 Pershing St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Hepburn was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Reservoir Avenue and Lambert Street.

On April 3 at 5:34 p.m., police took Lucila B. Chacon, 19, 45 Wakefield Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Chacon was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On April 3 at 10:57 p.m., police took Harry Harris, 58, 376 Cumberland Hill, Apt. 2, Woonsoocket, into custody on a warrant issued from North Providence Police. Police say Harris was arrested on Briggs Street.

On April 4 at 8:48 a.m., police took Justin Doyle, 42, 1373 Smith St., North Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Doyle was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.
