MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Aug. 4 at 3:52 p.m., police arrested Franki S. Deciantis, 55, 25 Tobey St., Apt. 212, Providence, into custody on charges of possession of a controlled substance, willful trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say Deciantis was arrested on Briggs Street.

DRUG CHARGES

On Aug. 6 at 11:50 a.m., police arrested Brian Kimatian, 46, 45 State St., Warwick, on two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Police say Kimatian was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Mathewson Street.

On Aug. 6 at 3:18 p.m., police arrested Lee Yang, 36, 53 Lenox Ave., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Police say Yang was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Garfield Avenue and Route 10 south.

On Aug. 7 at 12:07 p.m., police arrested Jill E. Moisuk, 37, 15 Taft St., North Providence, on a charge of possession of cocaine. Police say Moisuk was arrested on Paine Avenue.

On Aug. 7 at 4:30 p.m., police arrested Yolanda Y. Sanchez, 48, 386 Wellington Ave., Cranston, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance, controlled substances. Police say Sanchez was arrested after officers executed a search warrant on Wellington Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Aug. 4 at 8:22 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey C. Kane, 31, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. J166, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 4 at 9:50 p.m., police arrested Matthew R. Burns, 41, 7 Commercial St., Cranston, on charges of domestic assault by strangulation, domestic simple assault and disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT

On Aug. 2 at 3:15 p.m., police arrested Edward Santos, 57, 15 Ramblewood Drive, Warwick, on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct. Police say Santos was arrested after officers responded to a report of an assault on Garfield Avenue.

FORGERY

On Aug. 4 at 12:58 p.m., police arrested Gary Dantzler, 51, 30 Ashton St., Apt. 2, Pawtucket, on charges of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates and driving with a suspended license. Police say Dantzler was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Wellington Avenue.

STOLEN GOODS

On Aug. 3 at 4:35 p.m., police arrested Richard D. Distefano, 55, 26 Harrison Ave., Apt. N67, Warwick, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Distefano was arrested after officers responded to a larceny call on Meshanticut Valley Parkway.

VANDALISM

On Aug. 2 at 2:42 p.m., police arrested Sandra Pellegrino, 73, 6102 Scituate Vista Drive, Cranston, on a charge of vandalism. Police say Pellegrino was arrested on Scituate Vista Drive.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Aug. 6 at 10:41 a.m., police arrested Michael Petrangelo, 62, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Petrangelo was arrested on Howard Avenue.

WARRANTS

On Aug. 3 at 9:39 p.m., police took Ruben A. Tobar Guerra, 22, 293 Alabama St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Tobar Guerra was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Aug. 4 at 7:48 p.m., police took Mark Theroux, 55, 100 Johnson Blvd., Coventry, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Theroux was arrested on Broad Street.

On Aug. 5 at 12:46 a.m., police took Ramon R. Jimenez, 48, 12 Zone St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Jimenez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

On Aug. 6 at 1:06 p.m., police took Gregory Ward, 36, 72 Greenwich Ave., Warwick, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Ward was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Oaklawn Avenue.

On Aug. 6 at 1:13 p.m., police took Janice Diossa, 21, 58 Sedan St., Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Johnston Police. Police say Diossa was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 7 at 12:20 a.m., police took Alexis Mena, 39, 27 Whitney St., Providence, into custody on a warrant issued from Providence Police. Police say Mena was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Reservoir Avenue and Preston Drive.
