MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Aug. 15 at 5:14 p.m., police arrested David A. Dimuccio Jr., 30, 84 Harvard St., Cranston, on two counts of assault with dangerous weapon and charges of license/permit required for carrying a pistol, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and vandalism. Police say Dimuccio was arrested on Harvard Street.

On Aug. 18 at 12:19 a.m., police arrested Anthony Paulino, 24, 31 Diamond Ave., Providence, on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say Paulino was arrested on Second Avenue.

On Aug. 19 at 12:25 a.m., police arrested Derek Mensah, 25, Worcester, Massachusetts, on charges of reckless driving/eluding police and possession on a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Police say Mensah was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 19 at 2:02 a.m., police arrested Pierre Thomas, 28, Killeen, Texas, on two counts of license or permit required for carrying a pistol and charges of carrying a weapon while intoxicated and obstructing officer in execution of duty. Police say Thomas was arrested on Kenwood Street.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Aug. 21 at 12:24 p.m., police arrested Mark Fazio, 48, 15 Mayflower Drive, Cranston, on charges of domestic electronic tracking of motor vehicles, domestic vandalism and possession of a controlled substance.

On Aug. 21 at 3:09 p.m., police arrested Skyla R. Gilroy, 18, 18 Alhambra Circle, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 21 at 3:09 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

DRUG CHARGES

On Aug. 19 at 5:24 p.m., police arrested David Czerwien, 38, 164 Richard St., Cranston, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Czerwien was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Brooks Street.

On Aug. 21 at 12:47 p.m., police arrested Joshua Flowers, 25, 20 Delway Road, Cranston, on a charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Police say Flowers was arrested at Speck and Reservoir avenues.

On Aug. 21 at 12:47 p.m., police arrested Paul Messer, 20, 19 Willis St., Cranston, on a charge of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Police say Messer was arrested at Speck and Reservoir avenues.

WEAPONS CHARGES

On Aug. 19 at 12:20 p.m., police arrested Robert Sudue, 26, Holden, Massachusetts, on charges of possession of a stolen Firearm, license or permit required for carrying a firearm and conspiracy.

On Aug. 21 at 6:03 p.m., police arrested Dylan Pellegrino, 27, 67 Main St., Coventry, on a charge of license or permit required for carrying a pistol. Police say Pellegrino was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street.

FRAUD

On Aug. 17 at 7:45 p.m., police arrested Ashley Garcia, 28, 134 Indiana Ave., Apt. B, Providence, on a charge of fraudulent use of credit cards. Police say Garcia was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police.

FORGERY

On Aug. 17 at 5:49 p.m., police arrested Madelyn Almonte Vargas, 20, 780 Potters Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, on charges of illegal evidence of financial security and forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Vargas was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

LARCENY

On Aug. 14 at 7:56 p.m., police arrested Roger Peltier, 57, 16 Pilgrim Drive, Cranston, on a charge of larceny under $1,500. Police say Peltier was arrested on Pilgrim Drive.

On Aug. 20 at 12:58 p.m., police arrested David Burdick, 62, 306 Manton Ave., Providence, on a charge of larceny under $1,500. Police say Burdick was arrested on Plainfield Pike and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On Aug. 16 at 8:04 p.m., police arrested John Heggs, 41, 463 Pine St., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Heggs was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Aug. 18 at 1:30 p.m., police arrested Michelle Rinner, 50, 128 Clarence St, Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Rinner was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Aug. 18 at 1:36 p.m., police arrested Jamar Goggins, 20, 51 Ranger Road, North Kingstown, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Goggins was arrested on Garfield Avenue and was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

On Aug. 19 at 12:05 p.m., police arrested Judith Deslauiers, 57, 455 Post Road, Apt. 2, Warwick, on charges of shoplifting and shoplifting as a habitual offender. Police say Deslauiers was arrested on Broad Street.

On Aug. 19 at 8:22 p.m., police arrested Deborah Armstrong, 45, 714 Warwick Ave., Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Armstrong was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

On Aug. 20 at 1:55 p.m., police arrested Joseph Pearson, 68, with a last known address of 22 Spring St. in West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Pearson was arrested on Elmwood Avenue.

On Aug. 21 at 9:24 p.m., police arrested Danielle Lusignan, 37, 33 Anthony Road, Foster, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Lusignan was arrested on Oaklawn Avenue.

OBSTRUCTING

On Aug. 15 at 9:59 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty and resisting arrest. Police say the juvenile was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

DISORDERLY

On Aug. 15 at 3:50 p.m., police arrested Gary Rogers, 52, 50 Birch St., Apt. 603, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Rogers was arrested on Birch Street.

On Aug. 21 at 2:20 a.m., police arrested Terry Lee Luongo, 23, 48 Parker St., Woonsocket, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Luongo was arrested on Briggs Street.

On Aug. 21 at 3:01 a.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police say the juvenile was arrested on Park Avenue.

CRANK/OBSCENE CALLS

On Aug. 15 at 7:42 p.m., police arrested Tiffanny Unique Santos, 38, 57 Bolton St., Cranston, on a charge of crank or obscene phone calls. Police say Santos was arrested on Dyer Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Aug. 20 at 2:56 p.m., police arrested Darien Valdera, 21, 87 Ashton St., Apt. B, Pawtucket, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

WARRANTS

On Aug. 14 at 4:41 p.m., police took Jonathan Tibeault, 27, 1214 Cranston St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Tibeault was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Route 10 and Niantic Avenue.

On Aug. 16 at 1:32 a.m., police took Justin Hernandez, 25, 27 Harmon Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Hernandez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

On Aug. 16 at 8:11 a.m., police took Wilfredo Colon, 59, 11 Mill St., Johnston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Johnston Police. Police say Colon was arrested on Connecticut Street.

On Aug. 19 at 9:40 a.m., police took Leonard Brown, 22, 208 Roosevelt St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Family Court. Police say Brown was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 19 at 8:31 p.m., police took Dean Sherman, 32, 5 Maple St., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Sherman was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

On Aug. 20 at 7:10 p.m., police took Philip Appiah, 33, 860 Warran Ave., East Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Appiah was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Aug. 20 at 9:20 p.m., police took Andrew Delsanto, 39, 85 Briggs St., Apt. 801, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Delsanto was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Oaklawn and Scenic avenues.

On Aug. 22 at 12:15 a.m., police took Luis G. Colon, 35, 27 Waterman Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Colon was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.
