MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Oct. 4 at 8:33 a.m., police arrested Todd Askew, 41, 300 Smithfield Road, Apt. 3, North Smithfield, on charges of reckless driving, assault, violation of a no-contact order and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Askew was arrested on Forest Avenue.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Sept. 30 at 3:39 p.m., police arrested Jessica Dacosta, 37, 18 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, Coventry, on a charge of driving with a license suspended for certain violations. Police say Dacosta was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 37 and Natick Avenue.

DUI

On Sept. 28 at 12:26 a.m., police arrested Clay R. Sinatra, 24, 32 West View Road, Middletown, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Sinatra was arrested after a motor vehicle accident at Park and Elmwood avenues.

On Sept. 29 at 1:06 a.m., police arrested Noel E. Garcia, 34, 126 Lawrence St., Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Garcia was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Laurel Hill Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Sept. 29 at 2:20 a.m., police arrested Kevin Cahill, 35, 31 Philmont Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic attempted breaking and entering and violation of a no-contact order.

DRUG CHARGES

On Sept. 27 at 11:45 a.m., police arrested Alicia Murphy, 30, no address listed, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Police say Murphy was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Sept. 27 at 11:45 a.m., police arrested Yeury Rodriguez, 32, Noyes Avenue, Providence, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Police say Rodriguez was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Oct. 1 at 10:34 a.m., police arrested Isaias Bulus, 20, 77 Sawyer St., Providence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Bulus was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

On Oct. 3 at 10:09 a.m., police arrested Randy Velez, 52, of 100 Broad St., Providence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Velez was arrested on Garfield Avenue and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

On Oct. 3 at 2 p.m., police arrested Michael Padilla, 33, 93 Quincy St., third floor, Pawtucket, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of crack cocaine, manufacturing/possession/delivery of fentanyl, controlled substance conspiracy and possession of prohibited weapons other than firearms. Police say Padilla was arrested on Briggs Street.

On Oct. 3 at 2 p.m., police arrested Kelvin Ayala Oquendo, 29, 16 Westfield St., Providence, on three counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of crack cocaine and three counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of fentanyl. Police say Oquendo was arrested on Briggs Street.

ASSAULT

On Oct. 1 at 4:42 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say the juvenile was arrested on Reservoir Avenue.

ARSON

On Sept. 29 at 11:20 a.m., police arrested Michelle Lopez, 21, 215 Draper Ave., Warwick, on charges of fourth-degree arson and conspiracy. Police say Lopez was arrested on Shirley Boulevard.

On Sept. 29 at 11:20 a.m., police arrested Molly Robertson, 21, 165 John St., Warwick, on charges of fourth-degree arson and conspiracy. Police say Robertson was arrested on Shirley Boulevard.

SHOPLIFTING

On Sept. 28 at 11:15 a.m., police arrested Raymond Davis, 36, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Davis was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On Sept. 28 at 11:30 a.m., police arrested Marcos Fernandes, 37, 15 Hopper Place, Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Fernandes was arrested on Hillside Road and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

On Sept. 28 at 3:20 p.m., police arrested Michael J. Dermody, 38, 72 Siemens Ave., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Dermody was arrested on Hillside Road.

On Oct. 2 at 9:21 a.m., police arrested Ceira Santiago, 36, 91 Pocassett Ave., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Santiago was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

On Oct. 3 at 8:07 a.m., police arrested Kylie Murphy, 30, no address listed, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Murphy was arrested on Chapel View Boulevard and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

FORGERY

On Sept. 30 at 7:45 a.m., police arrested Edwin Aldana, 32, 347 Academy Ave., Providence, on charges of forgery of registration plates, giving a false document to a public official and driving on an expired license. Police say Aldana was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue.

OBSTRUCTION

On Oct. 2 at 3:06 a.m., police arrested Michael James Lafleur, 30, 50 Birch St., Apt. 1110, Cranston, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Lafleur was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Oct. 2 at 3:06 a.m., police arrested Britni M. Raithel, 24, 55 Hillside Drive, Burrillville, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Raithel was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street and was additionally taken into custody on two bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Oct. 3 at 3:59 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say the juvenile was arrested on Blais Avenue.

WARRANTS

On Sept. 30 at 11:03 a.m., police took Kerrian Plutzner, 39, 577 Park Ave., Cranston, into custody on three bench warrants issued from Superior Court. Police say Plutzner was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

On Sept. 30 at 5:53 p.m., police took Lori Wetter, 39, 450 Laurel Hill Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Wetter was arrested on Laurel Hill Avenue.
