MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Oct. 4 at 8:33 a.m., police arrested Todd Askew, 41, 300 Smithfield Road, Apt. 3, North Smithfield, on charges of reckless driving, assault, violation of a no-contact order and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Askew was arrested on Forest Avenue.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Sept. 30 at 3:39 p.m., police arrested Jessica Dacosta, 37, 18 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 2, Coventry, on a charge of driving with a license suspended for certain violations. Police say Dacosta was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 37 and Natick Avenue.

DUI

On Sept. 29 at 1:06 a.m., police arrested Noel E. Garcia, 34, 126 Lawrence St., Cranston, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Garcia was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Laurel Hill Avenue.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Sept. 29 at 2:20 a.m., police arrested Kevin Cahill, 35, 31 Philmont Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic attempted breaking and entering and violation of a no-contact order.

DRUG CHARGES

On Sept. 27 at 11:45 a.m., police arrested Alicia Murphy, 30, no address listed, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Police say Murphy was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Sept. 27 at 11:45 a.m., police arrested Yeury Rodriguez, 32, Noyes Avenue, Providence, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. Police say Rodriguez was arrested on Garfield Avenue.

On Oct. 1 at 10:34 a.m., police arrested Isaias Bulus, 20, 77 Sawyer St., Providence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Bulus was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

On Oct. 3 at 10:09 a.m., police arrested Randy Velez, 52, of 100 Broad St., Providence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Velez was arrested on Garfield Avenue and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

On Oct. 3 at 2 p.m., police arrested Kelvin Ayala Oquendo, 29, 16 Westfield St., Providence, on three counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of crack cocaine and three counts of manufacturing/possession/delivery of fentanyl. Police say Oquendo was arrested on Briggs Street.

ASSAULT

On Oct. 1 at 4:42 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say the juvenile was arrested on Reservoir Avenue.
