DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Oct. 16 at 2:50 a.m., police arrested Watner Astacio, 22, 25 Terrace Ave., first floor, Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 18 at 8:33 p.m., police arrested Sarunn N. Phan, 32, 27 Glenwood St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 18 at 10 p.m., police arrested Patrick Riley, 32, 11 Waldron Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

On Oct. 21 at 8:19 p.m., police arrested Normand Marcotte, 37, 1055 Cranston St., first floor, Cranston, on a charge of domestic vandalism.

On Oct. 22 at 4:57 a.m., police arrested Wade E. Brown, 40, 1252 Elmwood Ave., Cranston, on two counts of simple assault and charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Oct. 23 at 10:57 p.m., police arrested Justin Prout, 37, 88 Sylvian Ave., Central Falls, on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct and simple assault.

On Oct. 24 at 1 a.m., police arrested Zoe Jackson, 32, 941 Dyer Ave., Apt. 8, Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property.

DUI

On Oct. 18 at 9:15 p.m., police arrested Robert Divozzi, 38, 14 Marisa Lane, Providence, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Divozzi was arrested on Ashley Street.

On Oct. 19 at 3:01 a.m., police arrested Nicole Howcroft, 48, 87 Potter St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Howcroft was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Gansett Avenue.

DRUG CHARGES

On Oct. 17 at 8:49 p.m., police arrested Anthony Pelosi Jr., 65, 27 Ridge St., Cranston, on charges of possession of crack cocaine and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Pelosi was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Oct. 18 at 5:23 p.m., police arrested Francais D. Ciaramello Jr., 32, 2118 Cranston St., Cranston, on a charge of possession of oxycodone. Police say Ciaramello was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

On Oct. 22 at 10:34 p.m., police arrested David Hamdy, 27, 210 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, on three counts of possession of a controlled substance. Police say Hamdy was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Park and Pontiac avenues and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

ASSAULT

On Oct. 18 at approximately 1 a.m., police arrested Brett Lesuer, 26, 24 Bateman Ave., Cranston, on charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault/battery and resisting arrest. Police say Lesuer was arrested on Atwood Avenue.

On Oct. 18 at 12:11 p.m., police arrested Derek Decosta, 37, 160 Broad St., Providence, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Decosta was arrested on Plainfield Pike.

On Oct. 20 at 3:46 p.m., police arrested Kayla Marcella, 28, 15 Lambert St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of simple assault. Police say Marcella was arrested on Cranston Street.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Oct. 19 at 9:31 p.m., police arrested Adam Yidana, 20, 41 Lofty Road, Cranston, on a charge of indecent exposure. Police say Yidana was transferred from the custody of Warwick Police.

LARCENY

On Oct. 21 at 12:12 a.m., police arrested Junior Frias, 20, Bronx, New York, on two counts of larceny under $1,500 and a charge of conspiracy. Police say Frias was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

On Oct. 21 at 12:12 a.m., police arrested Jeremmy L. Santiago Gomez, 18, 442 Pine St., Apt. 1, Providence, on two counts of larceny under $1,500 and a charge of conspiracy. Police say Santiago was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

SHOPLIFTING

On Oct. 17 at 3:53 p.m., police arrested Tyler Bagley, 27, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Bagley was arrested on Plainfield Pike and was additionally taken into custody on three bench warrants issued from Superior Court.

On Oct. 17 at 7:12 p.m., police arrested Oliveras Jorge Crespo, 36, 84 Charles St., Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Crespo was transferred from the custody of Providence Police.

VANDALISM

On Oct. 20 at 3:46 p.m., police arrested Steven Cipriano, 39, 15 Lambert St., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of vandalism and disorderly conduct. Police say Cipriano was arrested on Cranston Street.

OBSTRUCTION

On Oct. 19 at 12 p.m., police arrested Michael Ferrara, 63, 1388 Westminister St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of obstruction of a police officer and operating on a suspended license. Police say Ferrara was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Narragansett Boulevard.

On Oct. 21 at 6 p.m., police arrested Joseph Brunelle, 36, 24 Money Hill Road, Glocester, on a charge of obstruction of justice. Police say Brunelle was arrested in the area of Scituate Avenue and Comstock Parkway and was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Oct. 20 at 12:23 p.m., police arrested Martin Batista, 33, 74 Laurel Hill Ave., Providence, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Batista was arrested on Cranston Street.

On Oct. 22 at 3 p.m., police arrested Michael E. Shaghalian, 25, of 67 Basil Crossing, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

CRANK CALLS

On Oct. 18 at 1:44 a.m., police arrested Jose Lopez Rivera, 29, 88 Baxter St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of making crank or obscene phone calls. Police say Rivera was turned himself in at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Oct. 23 at 1:23 a.m., police arrested Arthur Octove Drury Andrade, 51, 49 Veazie St., Providence, on a charge of failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Andrade was transferred from the custody of Providence Police.

WARRANTS

On Oct. 17 at 8:49 p.m., police took Joyce Baxter, 36, Huntington Avenue, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Baxter was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

On Oct. 19 at 10:02 a.m., police took Angela Z. Kao, 30, 1307 Cranston St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from police in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Police say Kao was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.
