DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Jan. 2 at 8:45 p.m., police arrested Susan L. Curran, 33, 275 Phenix Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 3 at 11:55 p.m., police arrested Josue Calderon, 31, 215 Dora St., Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property, domestic refusal to relinquish a telephone and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 5 at 4:57 p.m., police arrested Randolph Reynoso, 29, 109 Milton Road, Warwick, on charges of domestic assault by strangulation, domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 5 at 8:47 p.m., police arrested Vanessa French, 40, 36 North Clarendon St., Cranston, for domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism, and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 5 at 8:47 p.m., police arrested Michael Haarr, 33, 36 North Clarendon St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 7 at 4:02 p.m., police arrested David Mercado Cartagena, 35, 63 Berwick Lane, Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Jan. 7 at 4:54 p.m., police arrested Brittany Rogers, 23, 172 Grand Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

DUI

On Jan. 5 at 6:42 p.m., police arrested Patricia McMahon, 54, 89 Eldridge St., Cranston, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say McMahon was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Park and Reservoir avenues.

MULTIPLE CHARGES

On Jan. 3 at 1:21 a.m., police arrested Alexander Diaz, 27, 51 Littlefield St., Apt. 2, Pawtucket, on charges of forgery of registration plates and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Diaz was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Niantic Avenue.

On Jan. 6 at 10 a.m., police arrested Jason Catoni, 39, 112 Auburn St., Cranston, on charges of duty to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle, reckless driving, second offense, driving with a license suspended for certain violations, simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Catoni was arrested at Third Division District Court.

On Jan. 6 at 10 a.m., police arrested Richard Pimental, 39, 43 Woodside Ave., West Warwick, on three counts of driving to endanger/personal injury and a charge of driving to endanger/physical injury. Police say Pimental was arrested at Third Division District Court.

ASSAULT

On Jan. 5 at 8:09 p.m., police arrested Mikala Bucci, 31, 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. C32, Cranston, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Bucci was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Meadow Avenue.

On Jan. 6 at 6:01 a.m., police arrested Isidroe W. Kelly, 42, no address listed, on a charge of assault on a person over 60. Police say Kelly was arrested on a Cranston Police warrant.

SHOPLIFTING

On Jan. 4 at 1:20 p.m., police arrested Gregory Goudreau, 34, 6 Ian St., Coventry, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Goudreau was arrested as a result of a service call on Plainfield Pike. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Family Court.

FALSE PRETENSES

On Jan. 4 at 11:53 p.m., police arrested Robert Souza, 38, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of obtaining money under false pretenses, under $1,500. Police say Souza was transferred from the custody of Providence Police and was additionally held on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Jan. 5 at 2:41 a.m., police arrested Howard Inman, 53, 85 Briggs St., Apt. 1107, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Inman was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Briggs Street.

On Jan. 5 at 5:02 p.m., police arrested John Samos, 18, 444 Meshanticut Valley Parkway, Apt. 52, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Samos was arrested as a result of a disturbance on Harris Avenue.

NO-CONTACT VIOLATION

On Jan. 5 at 3:30 p.m., police arrested Matthew Burns, 42, 146 Holmes St., basement, Warwick, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

NO LICENSE

On Jan. 2 at 11:35 a.m., police arrested Andrea Di Giovani, 29, 338 Hill St., Coventry, on a charge of driving after denial/suspension/revocation of license, third of subsequent offense. Police say Di Giovani was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

WARRANTS

On Jan. 2 at 8:01 p.m., police took Justice J. Evertt, 21, 419 Friendship St., Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from South Kingstown Police. Police say Evertt was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Dennis Avenue.

On Jan. 5 at 11:35 a.m., police took William Cosper, 41, 493 Farmington Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Cosper was arrested on Farmington Avenue.

On Jan. 5 at 1 p.m., police took Raymond Rodriguez, 32, 1 Knight St., Apt. 3R, Central Falls, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Rodriguez was arrested as a result of a motor vehicle stop.

On Jan. 6 at 7:25 p.m., police took William A. Schatz, 35, 402 South Main St., Apt. 1, Woonsocket, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Woonsocket Police. Police say Schatz was arrested as a result of a call for service at the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.

On Jan. 7 at 9 a.m., police took Aris Luna, 18, 29 Salmon St., Apt. 3, Providence, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Coventry Police. Police say Luna was arrested after responding to the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.
