ASSAULT

As a result of a disturbance at 119 Magnolia St. on Nov. 19 at 4:18 p.m. officers arrested Jonathan Jaquez, 36, of 111 Fairview Ave., Nashua, NH, for domestic felony assault and domestic disorderly conduct. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

On Nov. 19 at 6:53 p.m. officers arrested Jordan Flowers, 22, of 20 Delway Road in Cranston for simple assault, vandalism/malicious injury to property, and purchase/procurement of alcohol for a minor as a result an affidavit warrant pick up at the aforementioned address. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

Officers arrested Nicholas Smith, 38, of 170 Belmont Rd. in Cranston on Nov. 17 at 7:10 p.m. for domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and domestic vandalism. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address.He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY

Christina Colon, 19, of 168 Woodbine St. in Cranston was arrested on Nov. 19 at 5:42 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. She was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

Officers arrested Gerson Pineda, 31 of 104 Barrows Street in Providence on Nov. 19 1:33 p.m. for disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at Red Lounge located at 355 Dyer Avenue. He was held for arraignment.

DUTY TO STOP

On Nov. 18 at 7:08 p.m. officers arrested Yoselyn Esquivel Barrientos, 25, of 77 Middleton St. in Providence for duty to stop-accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle. The arrest was the result of a pickup on an arrest and affidavit warrant at Miriam Hospital. She was held awaiting arraignment as a violator.

FORGERY

Officers on Nov. 16 at 5:03 p.m. arrested Angel Aquino, 28, of 21 Gilmore St. in Providence for forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates and possession of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St. Aquino was then held as a violator.

INDECENT MATERIAL

Corey Rego, 31, of 1653 Pontiac Ave. in Cranston was arrested on Nov. 12 at 4:50 p.m. for unauthorized dissemination of indecent material. The arrest was the result of an attempted pickup on an arrest and affidavit warrant at the aforementioned address. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

NO CONTACT ORDER

On Nov. 16 at 7:28 a.m. officers arrested Michael Guadiana, 25, of 5 Peppermint Lane in Johnston for violation of a no-contact order. The arrest was the result of Guadiana turning himself in to police custody. He was processed and transported to court.

OBSTRUCTION

Rory Wint, 18, of 24 Fenner St. in Cranston was arrested on November 18 at 4:38 p.m. for obstruction of justice. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 26 Fenner St. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

POSSESSION

On Nov. 19 at 9:08 p.m. officers arrested Thomas Wheeler, 58, of 72 Wadsworth St. in Providence for two counts of possession of a schedule I-V narcotic, weapons other than firearms prohibited and felony shoplifting as a result of a larceny complaint at Stop and Shop T 204 Garfield Ave. He was held for court as a probation violator.

Officers arrested Yasuell Baez, 32, of 95 Burnside Ave. Apt. 3 in Woonsocket on Nov. 12 at 3:35 p.m. for possession of marijuana, possession of codeine, illegal evidence of financial security, and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 95 North and RT 10 South. Baez was held awaiting arraignment as a violator.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

Officers arrested Elliott Rivera, 42, of 30 Howard Ave., on Nov. 20 at 6:07 a.m. for a sex offender address change. The arrest was the result of a pickup on a CPD warrant at 30 Howard Ave. He was held for arraignment.

At 12:36 p.m. on Nov. 18 an officer arrested Daniel Rivera, 35, of 30 Howard Ave.  for sex offender address change as a result of him being taken into custody by RISP on a Cranston Police affidavit and arrest warrant. He was held for arraignment.

STOLEN GOODS

On Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m. officers arrested Jamel Newman, 21, of 86 Elery St. in Providence for receiving stolen goods following a traffic stop on Reservoir Ave. He was held for court as a bail violator.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

As a result of a traffic stop on Park Ave. on Nov. 19 at 5:48 p.m., officers arrested Arianna Lester, 27, of 79 Vanderwater St. in Providence for driving after suspension of license, third or subsequent offense. She was summonsed and released on scene.

WARRANTS

On Nov. 20 at 2:26 a.m. officers arrested Louis Folco, 36, of 11 Stony Creek Dr., West Warwick, on two Superior Court bench warrants and a Third District Court bench warrant. His arrest was the result of a suspicious person call at Laundromax, located at 1025 Cranston St. He was transported to the ACI Intake.

Officers arrested Tyrone Hedges, 38, of 45 Grosvenor Ave. in Providence on Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Elmwood Ave. He was transported to the ACI Intake.
