Also active in his local community, deTonnancourt has served on the West Warwick Board of Assessment and Review for the past 25 years. He is also a long-standing committee member for the Coventry Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Program which works to help the program’s clients transition out of Section 8 housing and into homeownership. He is a past Vice President for AIDS Care Ocean State and was for six years its Development Committee Chair, focusing on events planning for the leading program for AIDS awareness, support and treatment in Rhode Island.
A resident of West Warwick, RI, deTonnancourt is the President and CEO of HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate of Rhode Island, founded in 2014, and comprised of nearly 200 associates, as well as HomeSmart Real Estate Network of Maine, which opened earlier this year.
