The English Language Learners program hosted it's annual ELL Night, an event that has been in existence for about a decade, according to Audrey Romanelli, program supervisor of the ESL department. Families are invited to attend the event, rotating through the various centers and stations with activities for parents and children. Some of the stations are set up as informational stations with resources for health and safety, as well as for upcoming school department events. Other stations allow the children to play educational games with and without their parents. There are centers that focus on mathematics as well as centers that focus on literacy, and there are raffles, prizes and giveaways around every corner.
