The students in Kate Myette and Lisa Davis' third grade classes hosted the annual Third Grade Poetry Extravaganza at the end of the school year.
Each student in the two third grades recited and/or acted out at least one poem on their own and additional poems in small groups or with partners.
"The Poetry Extravaganza teaches children about personal responsibility, cooperative learning and teamwork, and deadlines," Davis said.
