There was something for everyone at the recent Woodridge Congregational Church Holiday Bazaar.
The Country Store and Pastry Shop featured items such as home-baked seasonal pies and cakes, jams and jellies and homemade cookies and bars for sale by the pound. The selection also included gluten free offerings, toffee candy and homemade fudge.
Other shopping opportunities included jewelry, a seasonal table, and a penny social and hourly raffle drawings with prizes. Youngsters were welcomed to visit the “Children’s Elf Shop” where many of them worked on their Christmas list with items on sale for $1.
A popular room was “Timeless Treasures,” which offered household items, artwork, children’s toys, jewelry and many other accessories.
Lunch items included homemade soup, pizza, calzones and sandwiches.
