Marilyn G. Russo, 79, died Thursday, September 14, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Raymond M. Russo.
Born in Providence, she was one of ten daughters of the late Edgar and Alice (Robishaw) Robinson. Marilyn absolutely adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was the loving mother of Michael R. Russo (Jeanne), Darilyn M. Furtado (Steven), Stephen J. Russo (Cheri), Sandra J. Gauthier (Michael), and Brian A. Russo (Gail Lovelace). She also leaves her beloved eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was the sister of Virginia Corsa, Shirley Lawton, Lois Whitman, Maureen McMahon, Donnalee Charette, Denise Wade, Claudia Robinson, Carol Robinson, and the late Jacquelyn Spencer.
Her funeral will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Francis Church, Jefferson Blvd. Burial will be in the Rhode Ialand Veterans’ Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Sunday 3-5 p.m.
