The premises described in the mortgage, commonly known as 395 Main Street, Cranston, Rhode Island 02831 (Plat 30, Sec 1, Lot 51) together with all buildings and improvements thereon, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on February 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. on the premises by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage made and executed by JSA, LLC and recorded in Book LR5311 at Page 177 on October 17, 2016 in the Land Evidence Records of the City of Cranston, State of Rhode Island, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken. $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check required to bid.
