Movie Time at the Center: ‘A Dog’s Way Home’

An American family adventure about a dog, separated from her owner, that sets off on a 400-mile journey to get back to the safety and security of the place she calls home.

Healthy Hydration

The overall goal is to minimize dehydration without over-drinking. Adequate hydration varies among individuals. Older adults are at a greater risk for dehydration because of how body composition changes with age.

Scam & Fraud Prevention Presentation

Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 10 a.m.RSVP Financial Literacy volunteersGet information on common scams and frauds that can happen to you, followed by a game of fraud bingo where gift certificates will be awarded to the winners.

Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease Program

It’s fun! We begin with stretch exercises and then walk at our own pace. Bring a friend. Meet us at the track, or if you would like, transportation is available from the center. To register, call 780-6000.

September lunch entertainment schedule
