Bone Builders of RI: Promoting Bone Health and Well Being
Mondays 1-2 p.m., Thursdays 9-10 a.m.Suggested donation: $2Bone Builders is an innovative exercise program whose research has shown that moderate free-weight training performed at least twice a week for six months can improve strength and balance, and increase energy levels, while increasing bone density.
