Cranston native and Bishop Hendricken alum Thomas Pannone took the mound for the Buffalo Bison when they squared off against the Pawtucket Red Sox at McCoy Stadium on Monday evening. The Bison and Pannone walked away with the 10-6 victory.
Pannone, 25, made his first start at McCoy since 2012, when he helped guide the Hawks to the state championship. He was successful once again on Monday, earning the win while allowing just one earned run in five innings of work, and picking up five strikeouts.
