Description: This presentation will discuss the many benefits of regular physical activity, how much activity is necessary for major health benefits and fitting physical activity in everyday life.

Description: Dr. Ali will discuss metabolic syndrome, which is a combination of high blood pressure, hypertension and elevated blood sugar. He will discuss prevention and management techniques as well as general information about the disease.
