Officer Paccasassi arrested Elloys de la Rosa, 21, of 103 Rosedale Street, Providence on December 16 at 4:12 a.m. for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at 225 Norwood Avenue. He was then held for arraignment.
At approximately 5:15 p.m. on December 15, Officer Leonard arrested William Link, 52, of 85 Briggs St. #405 in Cranston for seven counts of breaking and entering of a dwelling/house of a person over 60. The arrest was the result of an attempt pickup on an arrest and affidavit warrant at his residence. He was arraigned by a justice of the peace.
On December 16 at 9:06 a.m. Detective Lee arrested Grey Smith, 35, of 25 Lincoln Ave. in Cranston for second degree child molestation. The arrest was a result of a warrant pick up at 25 Lincoln Ave. Smith was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI.
Israel Vega, 18, of 36 Vervena St. Apt. #2 on December 14 at 1:25 p.m. by Officer Dimeo for passing counterfeit bills. His arrest was the result of passing the counterfeit bill at Cranston West High School. He was held awaiting arraignment by a justice of the peace.
Officer Troiano arrested Kevin Bushee, 47, of 1012 Pontiac Ave. on December 16 at 11:20 p.m. for Disorderly Conduct. Arrest the result of a call for service at 1012 Pontiac Ave. Disposition of Arrestee: Released to Appear.
Adam Lopes, 37, of 34 Harding Street in West Warwick, was arrested on December 17 at 10:46 a.m. by Officer Detroia for driving under the influence first offense, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and disorderly conduct. His arrest was the result of a call for service at the intersection of Wilbur Ave. and Natick Ave. He was held for arraignment pending the arrival of a justice of the peace.
Thomas Dorsey, 54, of 207 Burdick Dr. in Cranston was arrested on December 15 at 1:34 a.m. by Officer LeClair for forgery and counterfeiting registration plates. His arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St. Dorsey was held overnight awaiting arraignment at the Third District Court in the morning.
On December 15 at 1:29 p.m., Officer McCoy arrested Jacob Smith, 19, of 355 E. Washington St. in N. Attleboro, for giving a false document to an agent or public official and driving after a suspension of a license, first offense. His arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop, and he was held overnight awaiting arraignment at Third District Court in the morning.
On December 16 at approximately 6:13 p.m. Officer Long arrested Christopher Mangan, 25, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for a violation of a no contact order. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 74 Warren Ave. He was held for arraignment as a bail violator.
Lisa Ise, 39, of 91 Oaklawn Ave. #94 in Cranston was arrested on December 15 at 1:34 a.m. by Officer LeClair arrested for violation of a no contact order. Her arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St. She was held overnight awaiting arraignment at the Third District Court in the morning.
On December 11 at 1:24 a.m. Sergeant Jubinville arrested Christine Luz, 31, of 1209 S. Main St #1 in Fall River, Mass. for possession of a schedule IV drug (Alprazolam). Her arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Montgomery Ave. She was then held for arraignment.
Officer McCoy arrested Frederick Gibson, 43, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston on December 15 at approximately 5:50 p.m. for a sexual offender address change. The arrest was the result of a pickup at Providence Police on an arrest and affidavit warrant. He was held awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.
Following a call for service at the Stop and Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. on December 17 at approximately 4:17 p.m., Officers Murray and Reis arrested Sally Powers, 54, of 41 Carter St. in Providence for misdemeanor shoplifting and conspiracy. Also arrested was Scott Medeiros, 46, of 225 Broad St., Cumberland, for misdemeanor shoplifting and conspiracy. Both were arraigned by a justice of the peace.
On December 17 at approximately 8:14 p.m., Officer Merry arrested Xavier Lavalley, 21, of 355 Phenix Ave. in Cranston, for Vandalism as the result of a warrant pickup at his residence. He was arraigned by a justice of the peace.
