DISORDERLY On April 29 at 5:32 p.m. Officers Brown and Leonard arrested Brandie Ricci, 23, of 86 Harris Ave. in Cranston, for a violation of a no contact order and domestic disorderly conduct. Her arrest was the result of a call for service at 86 Harris

DISORDERLY

On April 29 at 5:32 p.m. Officers Brown and Leonard arrested Brandie Ricci, 23, of 86 Harris Ave. in Cranston, for a violation of a no contact order and domestic disorderly conduct. Her arrest was the result of a call for service at 86 Harris Ave. Ricci was then held for arraignment. Also arrested was Joseph Ricci, 26, of 86 Harris Ave. Cranston, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At approximately 2:54 p.m. on April 27, Officer M. Davis arrested Martairis Rivera, 18, of 30 Onieda St. in Cranston for disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 899 Park Ave., Cranston High School East. Rivera was then arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

As a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation at the intersection of Park Ave. and Richard St. on April 28 at 12:23 p.m., Officer Scotti arrested Paul Machado, 39, of 68 Maple Ave. in West Warwick, for driving under the influence first offense. He was held awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On April 27 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Officers Burns and Langlais arrested Michael D’Ambra, 68, of 334 Auburn St. in Cranston for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 900 Phenix Ave. D’Ambra was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

FRAUD

Officer Corvese arrested John Xynellis, 43, of 525 Narragansett Pkwy in Warwick on April 28 at 12:07 p.m. for fraudulent checks under $1,000. His arrest is the result of a pick up on a Cranston Police warrant at the Warwick Police Department. He was later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

POSSESSION

Fernando Perez, 27, of 129 Laban St. in Providence, was arrested on April 28 at approximately 7:46 p.m. by Officer Dagnese and Leonard for manufacturing/possession/delivery of a schedule I/II drug (crack-cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1265 Elmwood Ave. Perez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI.

On April 27 at approximately 9:26 p.m. Officer Burns arrested Matthew Andrade, 30, of 113 Setian St. in West Warwick, for possession of a Schedule I-V drug (crack-cocaine) along with five outstanding bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Oaklawn Ave. and Sherman Ave. Andrade was then held for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

Carlos Lopez, 65, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston was arrested on April 26 at approximately 2:53 p.m. by Officer Langlais for a sexual offender address change. The arrest was the result of a pickup at the Providence Police Department on an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Cranston. He was held awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.

VANDALISM

On April 24 at 10:00 a.m. Officer Viens arrested Adrienne Wood, 35, of 129 Pontiac Ave. in Cranston for vandalism. Her arrest was the result of a Cranston Police pickup at the Sixth District Court. She was then transported to the Third District Court.

WARRANTS

Officer Leonard arrested William Kelly, 38, of 575 Dyer Ave. Apt C25 in Cranston on April 29 at 8:03 p.m. for three Third District Court bench warrants. His arrest was the result of an attempt pick up at the aforementioned address. Kelly was then transported to the ACI.

On April 28 at approximately 5:49 p.m., Officer Lavey arrested Evan Sowa, 36, of 119 Chamberlain St. in Rochester, NH, for an outstanding Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 175 Atwood Ave. near Santander Bank. He was then transported to the ACI Intake.

Angel Rodriguez, 29, of 145 Regent Ave. Apt #2 in Providence was arrested on April 24 at 2:34 a.m. by Officer McIntyre for warrant from Cranston for simple assault. The arrest is a result of a pick-up from the Woonsocket Police Department. Rodriguez was then held for arraignment.
