ASSAULT

Officer Babcock arrested Keith A. O’Neill, 53 of 46 King Street, Warwick on June 9 at 5:02 p.m. for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at Dave’s Market on 550 Pontiac Avenue. O’Neill was later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

On June 5 at 8:23 p.m., Officer Murray arrested Nathaniel Dyer, 19, of 7 Paulette Drive in Coventry for domestic simple assault as a result of a walk in domestic assault complaint at Headquarters. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY

Luis Burgos, 43 of 8 Sumner Avenue in Cranston was arrested on June 9 at 3:16 p.m. by Officer Murray for domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance call at 8 Sumner Avenue. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

As a result of a traffic stop on Route 95 South on June 8 at 11:36 p.m., Detective Sohn arrested Eric J. Gorton, 34 of 1047 Central Avenue in Pawtucket for driving under the influence second offense. He was then held for arraignment.

On June 5 at 4:11 p.m., Officer Laquale arrested Kevin O’Neill, 52, of 3 Euston Avenue in Cranston for driving under the influence first offense as a result of an accident investigation on Park Avenue. He was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

FORGERY

At 2:45 p.m. on June 9 Officer Mastrati arrested Darinisha Ashley, 22 of 94 Webster Avenue #1 in Providence for forgery and counterfeiting of a registration plate and a Central Falls Police Department arrest warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 583 Laurel Hill Avenue. She was then held for arraignment.

LARCENY

On June 10 at 8:29 p.m. Officers Leonard and Pento arrested James Smith, 38, of no known address (homeless) for larceny under $1,500 as a result of an affidavit warrant attempt at 50 Birch Street. He was held for morning court as a bail violator.

NO CONTACT

At 9:30 a.m. on June 6, Sgt. Chapman arrested Josue Lopez, 28, of 74 Mitchell Street in Providence for violation of a no contact order and willful trespass. The arrest was the result of subject turning himself in on a Cranston Police Warrant. He was transported to the Third District Court.

POSSESSION

On June 5 at 11:20 p.m., Officer Smith arrested Kerry Robinson, 27, of 6 Harwol Street in Providence for possession of marijuana, obstruction and two Superior Court Bench warrants as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Webster Avenue near Union Avenue. He was held awaiting arraignment.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue on June 9 at 10:05 a.m., Officer Corvese arrested Chlarisa Faella, 28, of 1301 Elmwood Avenue Apt. 4 in Cranston for driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license, third offense or greater. She was released with a Third District Court summons.

On June 5 at 4:16 p.m. Officer A. Hardy arrested Sean Farrell, 30, of 1149 Douglas Avenue, Apt. 5, North Providence for driving after suspension of license-third or subsequent offense as a result of a traffic stop on Reservoir Avenue. He was cited on scene and released.

WARRANT

On June 8 at 2:16 a.m., Officer Lavey arrested Rohan B. Duncan, 31 of 2015 Broad Street #106 in Cranston for a Sixth District Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 98 Park Avenue. He was then transferred to the ACI.

Officer Burke arrested Wayne McKinney, 22, of 38 Harvard Avenue in Providence on June 7 at 12:53 p.m. for obstruction and a Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Garfield Avenue. He was held for arraignment pending the arrival of a Justice of the Peace.

On June 5 at 12:05 p.m., Officer Lang arrested Steven Harvey, 59, of 14 Health Street in Providence for shoplifting and a Sixth District Court warrant. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 247 Garfield Avenue. He was held for arraignment pending the arrival of a Justice of the Peace.
