On July 8 at approximately 7:01 p.m. Off. Sohn and Off. Langlais arrested Melissa Goldberger, 45, of 208 Wilbur Ave., Cranston, RI for Stealing of Animals and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Goldberger was then arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
On July 8 at approx. 7:01 p.m. Off. Sohn and Off. Langlais arrested Lee Goldberger, 60, of 208 Wilbur Ave., Cranston, RI for Stealing of Animals and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Goldberger was then arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
On July 16 at 2:50 a.m. Officer Smith arrested Amanda L. Fritsche, 35 of 77 Victory Street, Cranston for Cruelty or Neglect of a Child as a result of a warrant pickup by Pawtucket Police. She was then held for Arraignment.
On July 9 at 7:09 p.m. Off. Andrade and A. Hardy arrested John Padula, 66, of 65 Oaklawn Ave. Apt. 205, Cranston for Felony Assault/Dangerous Weapon or Substance as a result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Padula was then arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.
On July 16 at 1:09 a.m. Officer Medeiros arrested Andrew Paul Lastarza, 28 of 16 Royal Avenue, Cranston for Vandalism & Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a warrant pickup by Warwick Police. He was then held for Arraignment.
On July 15 at 4:34 p.m. Off. Lynch and Off. Schaffran arrested Seth Perry, 23, of 213 Greenbush Rd, West Warwick for Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 21 Branch Ave. Perry was then arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.
On July 15 at 4:34 p.m. Off. Lynch and Off. Schaffran arrested David Whitehouse, 19, of 67 Oakland Ave. Apt #1, Cranston for Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 21 Branch Ave. Whitehouse was then arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.
On July 13 at 4:32 p.m. Officer Paccasassi arrested Alton Emery, 57, of 8 Rosewood Av, Cranston for Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 83 Moorland Ave. Emery was then arraigned by Justice of Peace and released.
On July 13 at 9:08 p.m. Officer Cragin arrested Karen Salvati, 64, of 999 Pippin Orchard Rd, Cranston for Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 999 Pippin Orchard Rd. Salvati was held overnight for morning arraignment.
On July 11 at 11:31 p.m. Off. Robbins arrested Adrian Alvarez, 18, of 78 Wisdom St. Apt. 1, Providence for Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 18 Alto St. He was held for morning court.
On July 11 at 11:00 p.m. Off. Long arrested Marcus Miller, 29, of 219 Grand Ave. Apt. 8, Cranston for Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned address. Miller was held for morning court.
On July 13 at 9:08 p.m. Officer Cragin arrested Herbert Joseph Rhodes, 38, of 999 Pippin Orchard Rd, Cranston for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 999 Pippin Orchard Rd. Rhodes was held overnight for morning arraignment.
On July 11 at 9:55 p.m. Off. Troiano arrested Kevin Griffin, 49, of 230 Maple St. Apt. 2, Newport for Domestic Kidnapping, Domestic Simple Assault-3rd Offense, Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Refusal to Relinquish the Telephone as a result of an Arrest Affidavit pick up at Warren Police. Griffin was held for morning court as a Bail Violator.
On July 15 at 7:30 p.m. Off. Corvese arrested Eric Johnson, 46, of 15 Strathcona Rd, Cranston for DUI-1st Offense-BAC .15/Greater as a result of an accident investigation at 44 Bedson Rd. Johnson was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace
On July 8 at 7:52 p.m. Off. Rocchio arrested Omar Caballero, 42, of 8 Maple St., Cranston, RI for DUI-1st Offense/ BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test-2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of 441 Dyer Ave.
On July 11 at 8:48 a.m. Officer Pento arrested Armais Kocharov, 27, of 130 Silver Spring St #3, Providence for Duty to Stop-Accident Resulting in Personal Injury, Reckless Driving and Driving on a Suspended License. The arrest was a result of an attempt pickup on a Cranston Police Warrant. Kocharov was then transported to 3rd District Court.
On July 15 at 4:34 p.m. Off. Lynch and Off. Schaffran arrested Steven Nacci, 37, of 21 Branch Ave. Apt. 2, Cranston for Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Nacci was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.
On July 9 at 6:46 p.m. Off. Schaffran arrested Giovanni Broccoli, 38, of 115 First Ave, Cranston or Shoplifting, Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest and a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a larceny complaint at Stop and Shop, 275 Warwick Ave. Broccoli was held for morning court as a Probation Violator.
On July 11 at 6:43 p.m. Off. Andrade and Off. A. Hardy arrested Shawn Burkhart, 40, of 903 Broad St. Apt. 2, Cranston for Sexual Offender Address Change as a result of an Arrest Affidavit pick up at Middletown Police. Burkhard was held for morning court as a Probation Violator.
On July 8 at 12:07 a.m. Officer Burns arrested Robert Path, 53 of 30 Howard Ave for Sexual Offender Address Change. Arrest the result of information obtained that Path was at the aforementioned location. He was then held as a Violator.
