DISORDERLY

On July 22 at 8:48 p.m. Officer Aldrich arrested Dina Paquin, 47, of 1766 Cranston Street in Cranston for disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Paquin was held for morning arraignment.

Officer Lynch arrested Mark Wilson, 48, of 501 Reservoir Ave, #12 on July 20 at 9:11 hours p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct as the result of a disturbance at 501 Reservoir Ave #12. He was held awaiting arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

At 2:05 p.m. on July 20, Officer Lynch arrested Felix Conforme, 37, of 30 Howard Avenue in Cranston for a sexual offender address change as the result of an arrest by State Police. He was then held as a violator.

On July 19 at 2:37 a.m., Officer McIntyre arrested Daniel Alvino, 52, of 30 Howard Avenue in Cranston for an affidavit of arrest out of the Providence Police Department for a sexual offender address change. His arrest was the result of a pick-up at Harrington Hall. He was fingerprinted, processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

SHOPLIFTING

Following a call for service at the Walmart located at 1776 Plainfield Pike on July 21 at 9:40 p.m., Officer Lavey arrested Luis Rodriguez Colon, 36, of 1002 Atwells Avenue first floor in Providence for shoplifting and conspiracy. Also arrested was Mari Ortiz, 27, of the same address for the same charges. They were held for arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On July 19 at 11:39 a.m. Officers Pento and Korkuc arrested Jerrie Walmsley, 41, of 301 Cranston Street Apt #115 in Providence for shoplifting and conspiracy. Also arrested was Henry Johnson, 43, of 59 Burnett Street in  Providence, for the same charges. The arrests were the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. They were held awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

VANDALISM

On July 20 at 1:00 a.m., Officer Cragin arrested Fernando Oliveros Hurtarte, 29, of 589 Plainfield Street #1 in Providence for vandalism/malicious injury to property as a result of a service call at 1833 Cranston Street. He was then held for arraignment.

WARRANTS

Officer Langlais arrested Fernando Jimenez, 37, of 165 Whittier Ave. in Providence for a Family Court reciprocal body attachment on July 21 at 8:50 p.m. His arrest is the result of a suspicious person contact at 1794 Cranston Street. He was later transported to the ACI.

On July 21 at 12:31 a.m. Officer Quaranto arrested Rodolfo Davis III, 35 of 199 Calla Street #2 in Providence for a fugitive from justice warrant, a Sixth District Court bench warrant, and driving on a suspended license third offense as a result of a traffic stop at 850 Cranston Street. He was held for arraignment.

Semyon Pustylnik, 30, of 98 Wollaston Street Apt #2 in Cranston was arrested on July 19 at 8:14 a.m. by Officer Scotti for a Cranston Police Department arrest warrant for domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of Semyon turning himself in on the outstanding charge. He was later transported to Third District Court.

Following a motor vehicle stop on July 19 at 10:43 a.m. Officer Laplume arrested Deltesha Mitchell, 25, of 300 Admiral Street Apt #3 in Providence for a Providence Police Department arrest warrant. Mitchell was later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

*** On July 19 at 2:45 a.m. Officer Smith arrested a juvenile male out of Providence for driving without a license and Family Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at Laurel Hill Ave. and Union Ave. He was later transferred to Juvenile Intake.

Jessica L. Peters, 33, of 185 Dexter Street in Pawtucket was arrested on July 18 at 1:04 a.m. by Officer Paccasassi for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 14 Bartlett Avenue. She was later transferred to the ACI. ***

Sgt. Jubinville on July 17 at 9:00 p.m. arrested Eliezer Rivera, 45, of 202 Linwood Avenue. Apt. 102 in Providence for a Third District Court bench warrant and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty as a result of a traffic stop on Park Ave. He was held for morning court.
