Warrants
On Oct. 10 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Patrolman Merrick Cook pulled over a car the he recognized as being driven by Joseph Pagliaro, 33, of 257 Rosemont Ave. in Johnston, because he knew he had several outstanding warrants out on him.
Pagliaro was taken into custody and transported to headquarters, and later turned over to North Providence police.
Pagliaro was found to have a warrant for forced entry burglary on a residence, a bench warrant for failure to appear, and a full bench warrant on a charge of simple assault – 3rd offense domestic out of Cranston.

On Oct. 14 at approximately 1:15 p.m. Patrolmen Michael Schiappa and Remy Mendez responded to a residence on Hartford Ave. because someone wanted a male dispersed from the scene.
The male was identified as Andrew Moten, 39, of 51 Salmon St. LKA Apt. #202 in Providence. Moten was found to have an active bench warrant out on him from Providence for a breaking and entering charge. He was taken into custody and brought to headquarters, then later transported to the ACI because of the active warrant.
