DISORDERLY
On December 28 at 11:24 p.m., officers arrested Michael Botelho, 29, of 101 Holland Avenue in East Providence for disorderly conduct and vandalism/malicious injury to property. His arrest was the result of a disturbance at 17 Fairbanks Street in Cranston. Botelho was held overnight awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

OBSTRUCTION
Nicholas Dubois, 27, of 35 Hemlock Road in Glocester, was arrested on December 28 at 1:49 p.m. for obstruction of a police officer and two active District Court bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Comstock Parkway. He was held for arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

TRESPASS
On December 27 at 7:42 p.m.. Officers arrested Michael Cottrell, 59, of 171 Highland Street in Cranston for disorderly conduct and willful trespass as a result of a disturbance at the Cumberland Farms located at 659 Reservoir Avenue. He was issued a summons and released.

VANDALISM
Officers arrested Carl Belton, 48, of 30 Howard Avenue in Cranston on December 28 at 11:24 p.m. for vandalism/malicious injury to property. The arrest was the result of officers recognizing the male wanted for an incident on December 22 at Cranston Police Department Headquarters. He was held overnight as a probation violator.

WARRANTS
On December 28 at 10:13 a.m. an officer arrested Wendi L. Withrow, 46, of 2323 Middle Road in East Greenwich for two active District Court bench warrants and one Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pontiac Avenue. She was held as a probation violator awaiting arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

At 3:40 p.m. on December 27, officers arrested Daniel Doucett, 30, of 1200 Smith Street in Providence for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Pontiac Avenue. He was then transported to the ACI.
