CHARGES

On Sept. 17 at 12:47 p.m., police arrested Stephen Rogers, 62, 190 Woodbine St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 17 at 4:38 p.m., police arrested Robert Gagnon, 53, 216 Hyde St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 17 at 7:59 p.m., police arrested Richard Johnson, 49, 93 Elena St., Cranston, on charges of domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 17 at 10:23 p.m., police arrested Paul Bertsch, 32, 71 Grantland Road, Cranston, on charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 18 at 11:48 a.m., police arrested Jason Brant, 39, 955 Dyer Ave., Apt. 94, Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Sept. 18 at 4:30 p.m., police arrested Brian Raymond, 30, 226 Northup St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 18 at 4:30 p.m., police arrested Brennan Starnino, 25, 1811 Warwick Ave., Apt. 24E, Warwick, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 19 at 8:21 a.m., police arrested James Beaune, 46, 72 Crane St., Apt. 30, Warwick, on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct and larceny.

DUI

On Sept. 14 at 12:45 a.m., police arrested Margarita E. Polanco, 34, 128 Daniel Ave., Providence, on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest. Police say Polanco was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

On Sept. 14 at 1:35 a.m., police arrested Jeremiah Rodriguez, 21, 145 Burgess Ave., Apt. 1, East Providence, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Rodriguez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Kenwood Street.

LARCENY

AND FRAUD

On Sept. 20 at 9:34 a.m., police arrested Laron Fortes, 22, 15 Knowles St., Providence, on charges of larceny, computer access and fraudulent use of credit cards. Police say Fortes was arrested on Cranston Street.

B&E

On Sept. 19 at 11:45 p.m., police arrested Issiah Dias, 19, 8 Audrey St., Providence, on charges of breaking and entering and obstruction of an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Dias was arrested on Lexington Avenue.

STOLEN GOODS

On Sept. 19 at 4:17 p.m., police arrested Yony Gonzalez, 20, 182 Sterling Ave., Apt. 2, Providence, on a charge of receiving stolen goods. Police say Gonzalez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Budlong and Midvale roads.

SHOPLIFTING

On Sept. 18 at 7:40 p.m., police arrested Stacey Derouin, 43, 1025 Main St., Apt. 5, West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Derouin was arrested on Warwick Avenue.

DISORDERLY

CONDUCT

On Sept. 13 at 8:24 p.m., police arrested Josue Cruz, 31, 9 Glen Road, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Cruz was arrested on Glen Road.

On Sept. 15 at 7:18 p.m., police arrested Justin Corso, 30, 98 Sundale Road, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Corso was arrested on Atwood Avenue.

On Sept. 15 at 7:18 p.m., police arrested Zachary Gofton, 28, 53 Island Drive, Coventry, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Gofton was arrested on Atwood Avenue.

ABANDONING

ANIMALS

On Sept. 16 at 8:15 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey Thompson, 58, 11 Shamrock Drive, Cranston, on a charge of abandoning animals from a motor vehicle. Police say Thompson was arrested after he responded to the department’s Garfield Avenue headquarters.

PROTECTIVE

ORDER VIOLATION

On Sept. 13 at 3:43 p.m., police arrested Daniel Howe, 38, 30 Steamboat St., Jamestown, on a charge of violation of a protective order. Police say Howe was transferred from the custody of Jamestown Police.

FAILURE TO REPORT/REGISTER

On Sept. 17 at 8:41 p.m., police arrested James Bonacassio, 53, no address listed, on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Police say Bonacassio was arrested on Reservoir Avenue.

On Sept. 18 at 3:16 p.m., police arrested Hector Santiago, 25, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, for failure to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Santiago was transferred from the custody of the Division of Sheriffs.

SUSPENDED

LICENSE

On Sept. 19 at 12 p.m., police arrested Angel Morales Torres, 50, 193 Pleasant St., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Torres was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue.

On Sept. 19 at 3:55 p.m., police arrested Mark Gonsalves, 48, 247 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Gonsalves was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Pontiac Avenue and Burnside Street.

WARRANTS

On Sept. 17 at 1:15 p.m., police took Christopher Washington, 53, 80 Maple Ave., Johnston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Washington was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Sockanosset Cross Road.

On Sept. 18 at 12:15 a.m., police took Nathan Silva, 20, 225 Sterry St., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Silva was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Narragansett Boulevard and Montgomery Avenue.

On Sept. 18 at 11:01 a.m., police took Sopheap Vong, 36, 112 Brandon Road, Apt. 1, Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Vong was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Paine Avenue.

On Sept. 18 at 1:14 p.m., police took Senica R. Muskelly, 42, 27 Greenly St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Wright was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Sept. 18 at 1:14 p.m., police took Gregory Wright, 42, 27 Greenly St., Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Wright was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street.

On Sept. 19 at 7:48 p.m., police took Deana Zalewski, 43, 1781 Plainfield Pike, Johnston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Zalewski was arrested on Plainfield Pike.
