Twenty-five team members from Price Rite Marketplace stores across Rhode Island volunteered at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank on April 24. The team spent their time sorting and packing canned goods, condiments, cereals and assorted non-food items, which will be sent to local agencies across Rhode Island. Fighting hunger is at the heart of Price Rite Marketplace’s charitable giving. Over the years, Price Rite Marketplace stores in Rhode Island including Price Rite Marketplace of Cranston, Price Rite Marketplace of Johnston, Price Rite Marketplace of Pawtucket, Price Rite Marketplace of Providence, Price Rite Marketplace of Warwick and Price Rite Marketplace of Woonsocket have donated time and goods to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. Seen here from left are Desiree Franki, front end manager; Jahira Massey, general clerk; Jenn Coreas, front end lead manager; Anthony Adams, general clerk and Tasha Wallace, general clerk, all of the Price Rite Marketplace of Cranston.
