RIHA to Host ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training Class on February 25th

Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Wednesday, February 25th in the Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall at the New England Institute of Technology. This new, one-day course meets the current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:

●Proper personal hygiene
●Cross-contamination prevention
●Time and temperature controls
●Cleaning and sanitizing
●Allergen training

Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
