RIHA to Host ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-certification Training Classes

Join the RI Hospitality Association for its ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full Certification Training classes on November 7th or November 14th. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:

• Proper personal hygiene

• Cross contamination prevention

• Time and temperature controls

• Cleaning and sanitizing

• Allergen training

Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
