On July 22, Dave Marchetti’s Animal Experience presented a show about animals that are not normally kept as pets at the Cranston Public Library’s Central Library on Sockanosset Cross Road.
From turtles to alligators, Marchetti spoke about each animal and let children of all ages pet them and hold them. Marchetti owns more than 50 animals and does approximately 400 shows per year. He has been conducting shows for approximately 30 years and is based in East Providence.
Traveling with him to the Central Library were box turtles, a hedgehog, a blue skink, two milk snakes, a boa constrictor, a lopped ear rabbit and an American alligator.
