On Feb. 25, the City Council honored the graduating class of 2019 from the OneCranston Parent Leadership Training Initiative. It is the first class for the PTLI, which Councilman Michael Favicchio said “promotes skills to help improve child outcomes and community involvement.” Ayana Chrichton, initiative director for OneCranston, said graduates of the program received six credits from Roger Williams University for completing the 20-week course. “We’re very, very proud of them,” she said. OneCranston is an initiative of the Comprehensive Community Action Program, or CCAP. (Herald photo)
